Had a lovely afternoon in mount falcon today. Arrived in time for the kids movie and all the children were given complimentary ice cream. Parents can sit nearby for coffee, drinks, snacks etc. It’s a lovely set up especially as the day wasn’t good weather wise. We were booked for the barbecue in the evening in the assador grill, it was so nice we felt it was very good value for money and the food was very good. Staff were lovely very pleasant and attentive, in particular Izzy deserves a mention. I found the whole experience to be a very enjoyable one and would not agree with some recent reviews to the contrary.

Manager immediately responded to request for help with medical emergency. Beautiful place, lovely walks, plenty to do. Food good in the new beautiful bamboo Marquee. Staff are helpful and courteous. Only gripe was the paper cups!

Had lunch there . Menu was more or less a starter menu. Soup was cold, chicken served with Caesar salad looked like scraps. Tea was served in a paper cup and ice cream served in a carton type container with a plastic spoon. Cannot believe that management think this is four star quality. Wouldn't go back there

We had the most amazing wedding weekend at Mount Falcon! Alexa the wedding coordinator was one of the biggest selling points for us. Her attention to detail, responsiveness, support and advice throughout the whole process were second to none while the laughs she provided gave us some light relief while planning a wedding during a global pandemic. The relaxed atmosphere while maintaining attention to every detail were exactly what we were looking for with guests singing praises of both the venue and staff. If you are looking for somewhere for your wedding in the west look no further. Our wedding of 44 people was the best day of our lives all thanks to Alexa and her team with a special mention to Zach, and Tom the chef (guests were raving about your Sea bream all weekend). Thanks to you all!
