Me and my boyfriend got to the hotel we were waiting on our room 29 minutes but staff were unhelpful just stood there laughing and muttering it felt like they were talking about us I felt very awkward in this situation then finally we got to our room when we got in it smelled like a baby’s nappy witch me and my boyfriend were a bit weirded out got into the bed and what did occur on the sheets a skid mark now I used to be a cleaner in a hotel in Dublin and we would NEVER leave a skid on the bed please get your cleaners to actually take of the sheet and get a new one instead of leaving it to rot there like seriously you need to have a talk with your cleaners please or who ever is cleaning the hotels and with COVID19 I think they should be looking after the rooms better food was lovely have to say tell your chiefs can they come cook in my house lol anyways my Social media got told about how ridiculous the hotel was ! Kind regards Emma

I stayed in the Ballina Manor Hotel with my daughter for 2 nights away and we had the perfect mother daughter getaway. The room was lovely and very spacious . We had a lovely view of the river Moy. We had a twin room and the beds were very comfortable. The restaurant is lovely and very spacious. The food is to die for. Fantastic food and service was perfect. Staff very friendly and helpful. There is a real sense of calm and quietness which we really enjoyed. No kids running around. I have stayed here before and will be back again. Thanks for a lovely stay
