Just back from a great night away in foxford lodge. We stayed here and did the murder mystery event. Great fun and all the girls loved it. Lovely rooms and a great breakfast. I couldn't recommend this place enough. Thanks Bridget and Harry.

A large group of us stayed here to celebrate a friends 30th birthday. There is nothing we could fault with this place. The house is beautiful, rooms are spacious and modern, breakfast was made to order and and the owners went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay. We done the murder mystery dinner in a nearby location, it was great! Costumes were ready and waiting for us in the house on arrival and a bus brought us to and from! It was an outstanding weekend for all of us and definitely a hidden gem!

Everything was the highest quality. My room was comfortable and squeaky clean. Breakfast was superb. Wifi was the best quality. The host, Bridget, was very attentive to make sure that I had a good and satisfactory stay. Highly recommended.

We stayed at Foxford Lodge for a night prior to catching a plane from Knock to London. Harry and Bridget were very welcoming, the bedrooms were well appointed and spotlessly clean and the breakfast was superb. Many thanks, and we have already recommended to family.

This was a surprise gem just outside Foxford, 5 min drive. The hosts were so welcoming, offered tea or coffee upon arrival, and were so gracious and warm. The lodge is beautifully decorated in a fishing, nautical theme, and the large rooms so clean and color coordinated. Beds were comfy and wifi was great even in the room.The highlight was the huge made to order breakfast served in the breakfast room which was also whimsically decorated with a large gorgeous model ship at the window. We had potato cakes topped with fresh local salmon and sour cream, delicious homemade breads, and perfectly cooked scrambled eggs, presented on a long fish platter..a feast for the eyes as well. the owners Harry & Bridget were brilliant so friendly the food was excellent with great choices for breakfast especially the "Foxford special " what a breakfast with homemade breads, these two people where amazing hosts bedrooms where spotless and so so comfortable great night's sleep, we also took a water painting class provided by Harry great night had by all, I could go on and on brilliant really recommend the lodge or the guesthouse, get down there !!!!!

We only stayed one night with Bridget and Harry as we were just passing through. They are a very pleasant couple who run a very welcoming B&B. If we had more time in the area, we would have definitely stayed there. Harry is a licensed fishing guide (gillie). Had we known in advance, it would have been nice to engage his services for a day.

We stayed at the Foxford Lodge years ago with friends. Ever since, my husband and I have tried to recreate what we now call the "Foxford Standard Breakfast". So after 13 years of Sunday morning cooked breakfasts trying to recreate a Foxford breakfast we decided we'd head back here with our extended family for a break before my sister gets married. Foxford Lodge did not disappoint! The breakfast was exactly as we'd remembered - with the addition of the most beautiful homemade bread!! The rooms are spacious and very clean. The hosts Brigid and Harry are absolutely lovely and so welcoming. Did I mention the breakfast yet? ;) We also took part in a Murder Mystery game which as great craic.
