The luxurious surroundings come as a shock as you enter what appears to be a country pub. Huge room with lovely decoration. Although we had a good dinner in the pub, the breakfast in the sumtuous dining room was very special.

Thank you for your short and sweet review. Our exterior is very deceptive, the building goes back a long way with many internal courtyards to fill the building with natural light. The dining and bedrooms are far removed from what people expect in a small rural town and it's always nice to see there surprise when they see around. I...

We stayed in The Talbot for the weekend and was impressed with the quality and style of the rooms. The room had a jacuzzi bath, walk in shower, safe and a mini bar. The rooms had access to a court yard, pity the weather was damp. All the staff were very friendly in the bar and the restaurants the food...

Thank you for your review, We are lucky to be in the town centre, just across from the docks. It is nice to stroll the town and watch the sunsets which can be spectacular...weather permitting. You can enjoy a pint without the drive worry. The bar and restaurant offer two different dining experiences, but either way the food is good....

I had heard about this hotel but had never been until late last year when I stayed there for one night with my wife. When you pull up in your car the building hardly looks like a hotel but when you leave reception and enter the hotel proper you enter a different world. The decor is alternative and quirky in a...

Thank you for your great review, The hotel has just a small frontage and doesn't give away what lies within. It is a little different from the norm once you enter, many hotels have pictures of one nice area on the website but when you get there it doesn't follow through in other areas, we have tried to make all...

We stayed for two nights arriving Easter Monday on a very squally and blustery day. Belmullet is an attractive little town on the Erris Peninsula and well worth a visit. We were greeted by a very friendly reception person and shown to an attractive and comfortable room with big comfortable beds, armchairs and a large efficient bathroom with tub and...

Thank you for your review, Belmullet is a great town and has lots to do. The hotel is a little different to the norm and your right a bit ott for ones home, but in works in the hotel. Thankfully the food is popular with locals and tourists and has left us stretched for space at busy weekends, but our...

This hotel is a great surprise to find in a small but busy market town in west west Mayo. The decor is eye opening and really well executed. I loved it! The staff are friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The bedroom (all seem to be about the same size) was well fitted out, had great lighting, furnishings, TV etc The bathroom...

Thank you, I am bias as I did the Decor, I am pleased you liked it, we took a real chance as it was a first and on a shoestring budget. But we did do a lot with what we had. Comfort was always top of our list, great bed, great shower, nice staff and good food. Our staff are...

I stayed here for a hen party. The rooms were fabulous and decorated beautifully with lots of little extras and quirkiness. Although I visited my friends in the hotel rooms , I was staying in the apartment across the road. It was amazing, wonderful view and again decorated beautifully, the beds were really comfy too. The staff were extremely friendly...

Stayed in the magnificent Ivory Suite Easter weekend. The hotel was full of people and although the restaurant and bar was so busy we were treated so well by staff and did not have to wait long at all. Would recommend this hotel to anyone! Food was to die for.

Thank you for your great review, The Ivory Suite is pretty special, but surprisingly not my favorite, but with all the rooms being different you have many more to try. Maybe try the Noir Suite for your next visit. We are especially glad you liked our staff and enjoyed the food.
