We just stayed for two nights- and Máirín and Gerry were so friendly and accommodating! Breakfast was wonderful! There were four of us- perfect accommodation for my husband, myself, and our two teenagers. Would definitely recommend this B&B to anyone visiting this area!

My wife and I spent one night at Drom Caoin while traveling with another couple through western Ireland. The B&B is located just outside of Belmullet and was easy to find. It took us approximately 10-15 minutes to walk from Drom Caoin to the center of Belmullet. There was a slight room issue when we arrived at the B&B but Máirín was still able to accommodate the 4 of us with 2 rooms. My wife and I stayed in a Double Room on the first floor (room 2) The furnishings were standard and the room had an adjoining bathroom with shower. The room was very clean and while my wife thought it was a little chilly, we were both comfortable through the night. There is also a sitting room available to guests. Marin and Gerry were very welcoming. Marin provided plenty of information for some sights to see around the area when I had to postpone a golf round due to weather plus provided map to help us navigate. Marin also went above and beyond to arrange my being able to access the golf course the next morning before regular tee times started so I was able to get my round in-what a treat!

We totally enjoyed our stay. Marin and Gerry are wonderful hosts who go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. Best Irish breakfast we has the entire week in Ireland. The easy walk into town makes this the perfect spot to stay.

We definitely enjoyed our time in Belmullet : our stay at Mairin's B&B even made it better. We can only recommend this place : clean, comfortable,friendly... Well located, great advices we can only give you one advice: stay there ! Mairin, we are waiting for your visit in Provence and a wine tour 😜

Met by hosts and shown to room but given option to choose any as we were only guests so we chose the suite and this was fabulous with everything there if self catering. Everything perfect with great views over Belmullet Breakfast was so tasty and our host took time to chat which gives it the personal touch Free parking and two minutes drive to town Highly recommended

Really enjoyed the lovely afternoon tea served in the comfortable lounge on our arrival. What a lovely area of Ireland. Our room was small but comfortable and on the ground floor so no steps to climb. Breakfast was delightful in the lovely dining room. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.

This was the 2nd time we stayed here with Marin. Couldn't have had a better host. She went out and bought our kids pizza when the adults went out and treated us like her family. Room #6 was a perfect little apartment. Thanks again Marin and hope to see you again soon one day! Mike

This was the highlight of our recent trip to Ireland, the place we were waiting for and found to be just perfect! We had come to Belmullet to play the links style golf course and get out of the city to take in a slower, quieter, more authentic Ireland. Mairin and Gerry have designed their family home to accommodate guests comfortably and with all the amenities and special touches one could ask for. We stayed in a self-catering upstairs apartment with full kitchen and plenty of space, overlooking the neighbor's pasture with friendly cows and sheep. Our daughter stayed in a more traditional room with bath on the same level. It was the perfect arrangement, allowing us to prepare our own dinners and enjoy our quiet family time.
