Detailed Reviews
Veronica and Tom were very welcoming when we arrived, Veronica was well informed about our needs for our electric car needing a charger. The room was perfect for our needs, central and cosy. Breakfast is great also!

We do not agree with the negative comments. Tom is a genial host and very helpful. The rooms are basic but clean and the bathroom was modern. The best thing is that this is
In the heart of Dingle so easy to access the pubs and restaurants.(make sure you reserve for the better ones !)

The only good thing about this place is the location. We booked, without the access to the internet to do research - otherwise I would never have chosen it. The place has a smell about it - the owners are more than 'odd'. There is no common area for guests to sit and relax and as our room was not clean and tiny we spent as little time there as possible; and et's not mention the poor excuse for a bathroom. The beds were horribly lumpy and soft, bedding felt unclean and curtains hanging off the rails. Breakfast was less than average but what got me the most was we were quoted £39.90 per person. We booked for three people - 2 rooms but were actually charged for 4 people! Had we known that we would have looked else where. Stay away at all costs.

We stayed in this fab b'n'b for two nights while touring the Dingle peninsula, Tom was an excellent host ,a very witty gracious gentleman, we found it to be very clean and tastefully decorated including beautiful paintings by Tom's wife Veronica, breakfast was scrumptious, had french toast on first morning and big lovely fry up on the second, coffee was very good which gives a big plus from me. Our shower was powerful and water hot. we could not fault this smashing little gem , we will happily return again.

I would like a refund from this booking as it was not as advertised and was basically disgusting. I paid a premium rate for sea and harbour views and in fact all I got was a view of an asbestos roof and the other room was of a filthy yard full of old mattresses. The owner seemed drunk and made no sense whatsoever. The rooms were not even 1 Star, they were awful. I’ve stayed in better hostels. The mattresses were disgraceful and had no comfort whatsoever. There was damp in both rooms and there were holes in the walls. Basically, the place was like a squat and we didn’t even want to stay for breakfast based on what we saw in the kitchen which I’m sure contravened Health & Safety. Please take this B&B off Booking.com because it is not fair for others to have to experience this disgraceful accommodation. I would like a full refund

We were a group of four girls in their late 20’s early 30’s who went for New Years. We had read the bad reviews and went with an open mind. Tom and Veronica were so welcoming & flexible. They were extremely hospitable and accommodating, between booking taxis for us and advising us where to go. The breakfast was lovely every morning and again it was whenever we wanted it. Definitely value for money as you would never experience the personal touches like it in a hotel.

Veronica and Tom were lovely, knowledgeable, and helpful hosts! Veronica was so kind and made booking and checking in/ checking out easy. The room was clean and comfortable! In the morning we enjoyed conversation as well as the most delicious Breakfast cooked by Tom. When we come back to Dingle we will most definitely book here again! We loved it!

We were looking forward to staying in Baywatch Inn Dingle. But we were let down on arrival as a group of 5 people. We were greeted by Tom and entered the premises there was a poignant strange smell on arrival that was very noticeable. We proceeded to be shown to our rooms by Tom where we were struck with a strange smell in our room. The room felt very uncomfortable and unclean immediately, with a visible cigarette burn and hairs on the bedding, a dirty throw and dirty towels with staining on them. How this B&B passes the criteria to accommodate people I can’t understand it is completely the opposite as to what is described on the web sight. When we went to complain to the owner he started speaking Irish to this wife on the phone which I taught was very disrespectful towards us. To our advantage we could understand what he was saying in Irish he was saying that the people were unhappy again! When his wife arrived to deal with our complaint she proceeded to show us the “laundry room”. It in itself was very unkept and neglected looking. The lady didn’t even offer to change the soiled bedding. We found the couple very unaccommodating for the price we paid to stay in this accommodation. It’s clear to see that the place isn’t fit for purpose and not up to the standards as documented. We would advise people to keep clear of this B&B and its hosts as it will ruin your stay in Dingle, we stayed elsewhere as we were so rattled by what we encountered.

When we tried to check in to this B&B we were taken to a room in a different house. Room very dirty, tired and old. Used cups and beer bottles left in the room from previous occupant. We did not have breakfast and just wanted to leave the next morning. Do not stay here.

Spent four very enjoyable days at Tom and Veronica’s lovely B & B. Very hospitable hosts who were exceptionally helpful throughout our stay with them. Lovely modern, well decorated bedroom with spacious en-suite. Great location, very central in a quiet cul de sac. Lovely breakfast with great coffee. We will be back.
