We loved everything about this property! The friendly and efficient staff took care of all our needs! The morning breakfast was delightful and endless! The food and service was excellent, each and every day! In addition, it is centrally located to the harbor and all of the wonderful shops. We can not wait to get back soon!

We recently spent 3 nights at Benner’s Hotel in Dingle and loved it. The staff (manager Johnny and reception Maura) went above and beyond to make our stay so wonderful. The breakfast was possibly the best we had during our 3 weeks in Ireland. We would love to go back!

The staff was personable and helpful, the rooms very spacious, the food and drink well presented and priced. I would definitely stay here again!!!! The huge walk in shower was the best. Having two luggage racks in the room would have been a plus but not necessary.

This place has to be among the last treasures of Ireland. It is from the moment you get there to the moment you leave the most wonderful experience. I am looking forward to my next visit here very soon.

Stopped here and served coffee and drinks in the lobby area. Quiet with lots of comfortable seats. Outside seats available too. We didn’t stay to eat but the dining area looked nice. Staff helpful and friendly.

Very busy lobby as that is the pub also. Nice large room and bathroom. It was dated though we stayed in the newer section. Nice quiet areas to have drinks and relax after dinner. Breakfast was delicious with lots of offerings both hot and cold. Staff was very friendly.

Finally a motel that has NOT been remodeled and does away with desks, chests and comfortable chairs. All present here and leather chairs really a treat. In heart of shopping district and close to Harbor front especially exiting thru car park. Great staff. They focus more on restaurant than bar which is a good thing - great food and quieter. Plenty of bars nearby for watching sports, etc. Only minor complaint is twin bed was sloping on one side badly. Overall high marks.

The rooms were run down; the place smelled old; the furniture needs upgrading. I should have read Rick Steeves' book before booking this hotel, since he wrote this place is overpriced. We stayed in the newer wing, which is all relative since "newer" still means quite dated and needs attention.

Lovely hotel. But disappointed that our table was filthy and the ladies needed cleaning badly. It's a pity because there is a lovely atmosphere and the staff are really pleasant.real old world atmosphere.

Dear Katie, Thank you for visiting us recently and for your positive comments regarding our staff and hotel. I am sorry to read of your disappointment that your visit fell short of our usual standards. I have brought this to the attention of John Foley to review as this is not an experience that we would ever expect a guest to have. Kind wishes, Miriam
