The Dingle Peninsula is absolutely breathtaking and staying at Castlewood House just makes it even more so. The place is run by a husband and wife team, Brian and Helen. Brian checked us in. He was quite friendly and give us a map of the town with a ton of restaurant and live music recommendations. The town center was just...

It's #1 for a reason and I'm sure it will remain at the top for a long time to come. Fantastic setting, friendly and helpful owners and staff and above all a breakfast to remember. Highly recommended!

Spent one night at Castlewood house a few nights ago and could not have been more pleased . Helen and Brian are wonderful host in every respect. They greet and treat you as long time friends and nothing you ask of them is an inconvience. When asked to recommend a restaurant for dinner they both spent a great amount of...

Linens, antique furnishings, location, charm, hosts, delicious breakfasts, are all top notch. I felt like I stayed at a Ritz Carlton mellowed by a Irish B&B casualness. Brian and Helen are clearly the best at what they do. Clean, restful, tasteful, elegant. Our room was pretty and great attention to detail (wi-fi, bedside water). Brian waited up for us (11pm)...

One sure way to make life better is to stay and eat at Castlewood House. Helen and Brian Heaton are the reason this bed and breakfast was a highlight of our sixteen day trip around Ireland. If we knew that our short stay was going to be as luxurious in accommodation and cuisine as it was, we would have planned...

Castlewood house is a beautiful B&B. Helen and Brian were very gracious hosts and we really enjoyed Dingle. The room was everything that you could ask for: Clean, quiet and a great shower. We had a room overlooking Dingle bay and the scenery was great. Although it has great views of the peninsula, it is on the other side of...

This was my first trip to Ireland and we chose Castlewood House as the place to stay for our final night in Ireland. My only regret is that we didn't choose to stay here for longer! From the moment we walked in we felt relaxed and at home in the cosy and welcoming guesthouse. Brian greeted us and gave us...

The highlight of our trip to Ireland. Helen and Brian deliver a first class boutique B&B and Dingle experience. The 11 room facility is gorgeous, looking out on Dingle Bay, and a short stroll to the center of town. They provided excellent recommendations for restaurants, pubs, drives, stops, walks and made reservations for us. Attention to detail was amazing and...

The owners/inkeepers, Helen and Brian, operate a one of a kind B&B that is just PERFECT. I could go on and on with compliments but previous reviewers have covered all the bases. Our brief stay here in charming Dingle will never be forgotten in part due to our stay at Castlewood. The B&B as well as the town were the...

All I can say is WOW!! I am a VERY VERY picky person about my hotels and I can 100% say this was one of my all time favorite places I have ever stayed at. Brian and Helen were so friendly and inviting. Helen chatted with us at breakfast like she has know us for years and sat down with...
