Absolutely loved our stay at Towerview! They were so nice and accommodating, breakfast was perfect. We loved the goats and donkey out back, they were so cute and wanted to be pet! Would 100% recommend
My wife and i spent 6 marvelous nights in Room 9 at the Tower View. This was my first visit (and her second dating from 2015 with her girl friends and with different hosts.) From the warm welcome, to the full breakfasts, particularly the porridge, the stay was outstanding in every way. The dog, Milo, was particularly special and he and I enjoyed a number of bonding sessions where he nestled next to me on the front patio looking over Dingle Harbour and the distant tower only leaving temporarily when someone entered the driveway and he voiced his presence. Room 9 was spacious, the king bed very comfortable and all of the amenities were top notch. Potential guests should not be put off by the appearance on the map of the B & B on a main road. It is well set back and although our room faced the road we didn't hear anything al night. Moreover, it is convenient to down town ( a couple of minutes by car or a 15-20 minute walk)…
Everything was superb. Should be rated higher than excellent!! Room, food, assistance were all wonderful. Don’t miss petting the donkey and goats. Love Ireland and this spot on our travels. Near the ocean and many restaurants catering to all appetites.
This B&B is very modern and has light, fresh rooms in which you will be able to relax and enjoy modern technologies. The view is also beautiful and there's enough to do in and around Dingle. I absolutely recommend the Eco Blasket Marine tours. Breakfast was wonderful, a big range of choice and cooked very well. Staff was really nice and my husband had quite a joyous conversation with Helen's father. He learned a lot about the area, history and Ireland in general. There were just some minor things that could be improved. There was either dog or cat poo in the car parking, which I thankfully noticed before getting out of the car. There were quite some children running around and playing right in front of our room, they didn't bother us at all but I felt the need to close the curtains to get some privacy. You could also hear doors being closed from other rooms from time to time. Other than that we had a very pleasant stay!…
Every part of our stay here was outstanding. Tower View is just an eight-minute walk to downtown Dingle and about a hundred yards from the beginning of Slea Head Drive. The B&B itself is beautiful, with colorful flowers and gardens in front and a grassy enclosure out back containing the friendliest donkey and mother and kid goats. Inside is an elegant foyer and staircase with a hallway of rooms to the right and another on the left leading to adjoining open and sun-filled dining rooms. Our ensuite room on the second floor was beautifully decorated, with plenty of space between the very comfortable double and single beds, a large and well-lit bathroom, and a great shower. Breakfast was excellent - we enjoyed both the fruit and breads at the buffet and the varied menu offerings. (Try the scrambled eggs and smoked salmon or the Irish porridge - you won't regret either.) And the staff was superb - delightful greetings and service each morning, especially from Helen, who was a most gracious host. (We unfortunately did not get the chance to meet Aidan.) All in all, a tremendous value and one of our most wonderful stays in Ireland. We look forward to a return visit soon.…
We stayed 1 night at this BnB in Dingle. The hosts were so welcoming including their little dog, Milo, who greeted us in the driveway, and the donkey and sheep that we got to visit in the backyard. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable with extra special touches like the towel warming rack, light-up mirror, and Nespresso coffee. The dining room was lovely and the breakfast was so delicious. This was the only place where we got a traditional Irish breakfast. The home was only about a 5 - 10 minute walk to the main part of town but far enough away from the maddening crowd of visitors. Lots of parking available too. I wish we could have stayed in Dingle longer since there's so much to do and I enjoyed this accommodation so much. Would highly recommend anyone looking to visit.…
Aiden and Helen immediately made us feel at home. While staying with them it is not too much to say they make you feel like an extension of their family. My daughter’s birthday took place the day we arrived and they had a cake waiting for her in the room. Their B&B is located a short 10 minute walk from the harbor area and right at the beginning of the Slea Head Drive. Their breakfast is one of the best we’ve had in Ireland. You will love staying here. We will certainly return.
We really had everything we wished for: room on ground floor (luggage), the room was big with a duble bed and a single bed with great matrasses. The bathroom was modern and high class (only the fan was a bit loud). Th breakfast was like in a hotel (with menu) and the host extremly friendly with responding to wishes. We also had a view of the sea.
Helen is gracious, warm and helpful. She drew all kinda of things on my town map to get me settled. Breakfast is delightful in a sunny room with call kinds of options. Personally I love the half fry because the full is too much! My room was clean and wonderful. I walked to and from town, enjoying live music at night. And, there actually is a tower that you can see from the gorgeous view out front. Sweet stay in a beautiful corner of the world. Would love to stay again!
Comfortable, spacious room and bed. Hosts were very friendly. Easy to park. Easy to walk into Dingle (10/15 mins stroll). No breakfast due to current Covid restrictions but I was made aware of that when booking. Would definitely stay here if I am in Dingle again.
