Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Such hospitable hosts. Clean, comfortable. John was such a welcoming and charming host. Rooms spacious and like being able home. Great breakfast. Can’t it recommend enough. Very easy to get to town and overlooking the harbour.

Our host Melanie was friendly and attentive. The rooms were large, very clean and guest amenities such as tea and coffee were excellent. Located in the centre of town. By far one of the best B&Bs on our hillwalking tour of the Dingle Way.

My husband and I stayed with the Brosnans for 4 nights. The location is perfect for walking to all the activities, pubs and restaurants Dingle has to offer. The accommodations were as comfortable, clean, and home-y as....well, home. What sets this B&B apart is the Brosnan family... it is their warmth and generosity and humor, and their love of Dingle and how they impart that to their guests that makes a stay with them the true Irish experience. We were lucky☘️ and blessed to have crossed paths with them.

Melanie (daughter) and John (father) were such a joy! Warm, kind and clearly happy to be doing what they are doing. John and his wife ran the business for 40 years and now Melanie is part of the business - the breakfast was top class, and it is on a really quiet side street, yet only minutes walk to the main Dingle action.

We were warmly greeted by Melanie who took lots of time to look after us following our long day of walking on the Dingle Way. She made sure we could dry our gear, gave us excellent dinner information and provided us with a map of the town. Her smile is infectious and we felt like we had known her forever.

Our room was very spacious and well equipped with all we needed for a good night's sleep. Breakfast was delicious and filling topped off by the chance to chat with John and to meet Melanie's two daughters.

The location is close to the harbor so walking to explore is not hard at all.

Thanks, Melanie and John for a great stay.

Had a great stay here. Our host was very funny and had great Irish charm. Our room was lovely and the breakfast was amazing. I would recommend this to anyone walking the Dingle Way. it was the perfect spot in town. it's close to everything, but you're not right in the action, either. I wish we would have had more time here to enjoy the town and b&B.

Lovely B&B. Quiet, spacious room and en suite, within a short walk of town. Breakfast was very good with generous servings. John and Eileen are wonderful hosts, helpful and informative. You feel like family. This is definitely a place to stay!

I stayed here with my husband while we hiked the Dingle Way. We enjoyed staying here and thought our room was clean and comfortable. We also liked our large bathroom. (A nice surprise as an American traveling in Europe.) Breakfast was yummy and I really enjoyed the location of this property. It was just a short walk to the heart of the city where there are plenty of shops and restaurants to explore. I thought John - the owner - and his wife were extremely friendly and I am glad we were able to give them our business.
