Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Wow. Our second stay and it never disappoints. Can’t recommend this B&B enough. What a wonderful experience and in our opinion by far the best in the whole of Ireland! Awesome breakfast too. The choice is vast and a gastronomic feast.

This was one of the best accommodations that we stayed at during our 2 weeks in Ireland. Mark prepared the best breakfast we had during our 2 week visit to Ireland. The rooms are perfect for a restful stay. Highly recommend. You will not be disappointed. Get the omelette for breakfast. Mark and the staff are solid gold.

My husband and I enjoyed three luxurious nights here as part of a Rick Steves tour. So welcoming and comfortably elegant. And the breakfasts are incredible! We had a lovely view across the Bay and did many short walks into town. We highly recommend Heatons Guesthouse!

From the minute we arrived we received a very warm welcome from our host David. Tea & coffee every afternoon with chocolate cake to die for & even got some bread & butter pudding 🍮. Breakfast was the best ever with a superb choice on the menu all cooked fresh. Exceptional room spotless with a sea view, what more do you want... staff outstanding as well nothing too much trouble. Will be back.

David and his staff made my son and I feel spoiled during our 3 night stay in Dingle. A wealth of knowledge and kindness. The staff was responsive to random needs and created an atmosphere 2nd to none!

The guest house is beautiful and exceptionally well-maintained both in the guest rooms and the common areas. The full breakfast (included in the price) is absolutely delicious...lots of variety with homemade items on linen-topped tables and delivered by well-trained servers in a bright and airy dining room overlooking the water. The location is on the "quiet" end of town but within walking distance of all of the restaurants, pubs and stores. David is a welcoming host with lots of good suggestions for dinner reservations. Heaton's Guesthouse is a perfect choice for your visit to the Dingle peninsula. Highly recommended. Great value. And don't miss the homemade, delicious chocolate cake, tea and coffee served every afternoon at 3:30 in the lobby!

Spent a wonderful weekend in Dingle mid July and had a wonderful experience in Heatons guesthouse. We had a beautiful room overlooking the bay. Very friendly host and one of the best breakfasts you will find in any five star hotel, I kid you not! Serving staff so professional accommodating and friendly and the ladies on room duties were excellent at their job. Oh the chocolate cake tea and coffee is to die for in the afternoon served in the lounge, go and stay you will not regret it, thank you David and team.

Not only does David Heaton know how to treat his guests with 5 star service, he offers the most scrumptious breakfast in all of Ireland that we experienced. The rooms are lovely and extremely clean and quiet. Yea and cake at 3 is to die for. Thankyou David for making our stay in Dingle great! Ellyn and Michael Johnson

Check-in a breeze, help provided with bags. Room very clean, bed comfortable, a nice room to stay in. Included breakfast was superb - great menu, cooked to order and terrific. Excellent location, 5 minutes to all the action yet quiet there. We got a flat tire one night, parked there, and David arranged for it to be fixed pronto. The whole staff is professional, friendly and bend over backwards to be helpful. Rick Steves even loves the place. Will come back.

Our group of 11 stayed at Heaton's Guesthouse and we all enjoyed our stay. The location was great. We were able to walk into town just a few minutes away. David was excellent and you can tell instantly that he works hard to keeping everything running smoothly during your stay. The breakfast was great, and I would highly recommend Heaton's if you plan a stay in Dingle. Also, David was very easy to work with when I was trying to book 6 rooms for our group.
