Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Host was most helpful in guiding us to maximize our experience in Kerry. Specific points of interest and ways to access these in the most efficient manner were shared willingly. We especially appreciated the hand drawn map! Accommodations were quite comfortable, clean and suited our needs.

We had such a lovely time in Kenmare, made special because of this place. A very easy walk into town, with very spacious rooms. Danny was so helpful upon checking in. He was quick to share recommendations and routes to take. The breakfast was delicious and had loads of options. When we visit Kenmare again, we will definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great stay!

What a lovely spot in Kenmare with the most welcoming of hosts. We had the family room which was so comfortable for our family of 4. The room was spotless and the breakfast was delicious! My daughter said the best pancakes of the whole trip! :). Would highly recommend for anyone staying to visit Killarney or Ring of Kerry - wonderful stay!

Finnoula was very knowledgeable and helpful in recommending local dining and activities as well as tips on driving to our next destination. B&B was an easy 10-15 minute walk into the town centre. We stayed in the “Teak Room” which was lovely...large, comfy, clean & nicely decorated. The bathroom was modern and fairly spacious. Stayed one night and left early the following morning, so requested breakfast at 8:00 a.m. Delicious and on time!

We stayed here one night. The pros: large room with Queen size bed and single bed. The mattress was reasonably comfortable but we have slept in better. Wash basin in main room as well as modern bathroom with shower and shower curtain. Writing desk. TV. Free Wi-Fi. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room. There is a large lounge room with TV. Breakfast is in the modern dining room. There is a selection of cereals dried fruit compote fruit yoghurt etc. You then select from the menu regarding a full Irish breakfast or other options. Cons.: The establishment is about half a kilometre out of town. No fridge. No sky TV. The staff are pleasant and helpful. In summary this is a pleasant comfortable bed and breakfast.
