The tour book describes the wonderful breakfast and there isn't any provided. The information at the front describes the free street parking but that's only at night. The room and bathroom were not very clean and the only way to talk to the owner or manager is by using a telephone at the front desk; otherwise it is not manned....

Perfectly located right in the center of town. Neil is a perfectly charming man, even helping us carry luggage up the stairs. Some people are referring to it as a B&B, but there's no breakfast (not a problem, there are places within short walking distance for breakfast). Our room was a little small (shower too), but clean. Room was above...

Kenmare was booked solid and we were lucky to get a room in Virginias. if it was not so expensive it would have been excellent. The room was very small for two and the shower stall was also pretty narrow. We stayed two nights . There were no staff apparent though the cleaning was done and the cafe next door...

We booked in last minute and it was the best decision ever! The manager is a gent and the room was cozy and clean with a room with tea and coffee just down the hall. Absolutely loved it and would recommend it to everyone! It's also close to everything while there was works going on down stairs so no breakfast...

Couldn't be any more central, the room was spacious & spotless, the welcome friendly and helpful. Breakfast is optional and provided by a cafe that is apparently separate but adjoining the guesthouse. It was also very good value (I had bacon, sausage, egg, pudding, tea & toast for €7). Only very minor quibble was the lack of coffee-making facilities in...

Our group of friends enjoyed our stay in this comfortable b&b in the heart of Kenmare. Even though it was in the heart of town, it was nice and quiet on the street and we had no problem resting up after our adventures. Neil was very friendly and welcoming. After dropping off our bags it was a short walk to...

Friendly host, nice clean room. Shower a little small in this room but OK. Room on the street which was a little noisy but quieted down later at night. Best part is the location in the town. Perfect! And close to everything. Worth coming too for sure.

We arrived early evening after driving in from Dublin/Midleton and easily found Virginia's as our stopping point en route to Dingle. Noel was incredibly welcoming and his recommendations of where to enjoy dinner and pubs in town made it a great visit. Kenmare is a small town of 3 streets and is quite enjoyable and easy to walk around and...

Meeting Neil and staying in the guesthouse made our visit to Kenmare one of the best of our trip. The room had a comfortable king size bed, a sofa and coffee table,a tv and very clean bathroom with hot shower. We overlooked the Main Street in town which gave us access to pubs, shops, restaurants and lots of small, interesting...

Very welcoming guesthouse. I would love to go back and stay there longer. The owner Neil was so kind. Very accommodating and wonderful location. I did not see a lift however, so keep in mind it's stairs if you have a lot of luggage. Though Neil did help us even with our little bit! I loved Kenmare and I really...
