We were unable to decide where to stay on driving in to town. Passed this by and was impressed. Rang directly to book and were immediately taken by how helpful the owner was. Its on a bed only basis but not only did she book us a table at one of trhe best restaurants in town buth also directed to a lunch and breakfast venues which were first rate. Room was very comfortable with all facilities Full marks to the owner.

Absolutely Brilliant Guesthouse! Bed was very comfortable. Understandably no breakfast being served due to restrictions, but the owner is very accommodating, and very friendly. Only 5 minutes walk into the town, with a choice of places to eat. Would have loved to stay longer here. Will definitely be booking again.

Excellent location , exceptionally good rooms but no breakfast available because of Covid 19. We have just stayed 2 nights in the Lodge. On the web site is is called a Bed and Breakfast, their photos show a dining room so we were so disappointed when we were told that they could not provide breakfast because of some Covid 19 restrictions, we could however use a microwave that had been set up . Having read our conformation letter again there was no mention of breakfast so one could argue that we should have noticed that this bed and breakfast had indeed no breakfast . We still feel that we have been very mislead and paid €238 for two nights bed only.
