Lovely B & B, spacious guest rooms, very comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Not too far of a walk into town where we had a lovely dinner. The rooms have a separate sitting area with another bed if you are traveling as a family. Excellent WiFi is included.

Wonderful hostess, yummy breakfast, and excellent location. Beautiful gardens surrounded the inn viewed from the breakfast room. The attached picture shows the bird house outside the breakfast room. Walked through the stone gate along the river into town to nice selection of restaurants. Excellent location to explore the Berra Peninsula. According to our hostess it's more scenic and less crowded...

This was a lovely stop on our Ireland trip. The house is comfortable, rooms neat and well appointed, The breakfasts were Wonderful, and the hosts very accommodating. The host family members provided great advice on sight seeing in the local environs. We highly recommend Kenmare and this house as a base in the area.

We just had one night at the Sallyport House but really enjoyed it. It's a lovely house on beautiful grounds just on the edge of town, but the owner told us about a shortcut that got us to the main street in just minutes. It was perfect-close to town but nice and quiet AND the shortcut was scenic so it...

The property and gardens are beautiful and well kept; the rooms and baths are in excellent condition and decorated beautifully with antiques and original artworks. You can pass through the garden and take a back trail around the lake to get into town. Breakfast was very good and left nothing out. You can just go and enjoy.

What is not to love about Sallyport Hous? I loved looking out the windows at the water and the gardens full of birds and beautiful flowers! One can walk on a beautiful path by the water to town through a garden gate - about a ten minute walk. It is also a perfect base for the Ring of Baera or...

The host was kind, gracious, friendly but kind of let the family do their own thing. The locations is just minutes away from the center of town. There are beautiful churches close by, GREAT pubs, cute shops.... lots of options for everyone in the group! There is also a golf course within walking distance and my dad really enjoyed his...

Our room was very clean, spacious, quaint and had a lovely view of the bay and their well kept garden - where different birds drop by to visit. It was so romantic.
