Award winning Sea Shore Farm provides guesthouse accommodation to a very high standard in a spacious and magnificent setting at the head of the Ring of Kerry peninsula with commanding Views overlooking Kenmare Bay with the Caha Mountains of the Beara Peninsula forming the backdrop to this unique location. Sea Shore Farm is a Grade A 3 Star [Hotel Quality] guesthouse as well as being AA 4 star with the special personal touch that only a small family run guesthouse can deliver. The guesthouse is surrounded by a working farm with lands that extend to the shore of the bay - a delight for nature lovers, botanists, birdwatchers, etc. Yet Seashore Farm Guesthouse is just one mile from the centre of Kenmare Town. One can walk the mile via the quiet Tubbrid local side road [L7556] in ten to fifteen minutes. For those wishing to do the journey by car one can drive to the very convenient free town car park at the end of this road and freely stroll through the town centre without parking worries. We are also situated just 400 metres from the main Ring of Kerry N70 road. Seashore Farm Guesthouse is uniquely peaceful, private and spacious with views stretching out over the Kenmare Bay and Caha Mountains in the background. All bedrooms enjoy the idyllic setting over the bay as does the Guest Lounge, Guest Dining Room and Patio Area with extensive gardens. The farmlands stretch to the shores of Kenmare Bay affording unspoilt walks with plentiful birdlife and wildlife in natural habitat. All Bedrooms are spacious and enjoy the idyllic setting overlooking the Kenmare Bay. Each Room has either a King Size Bed or Twin Beds [2 single beds]. All have En-Suite Spacious Bathrooms with Power Showers and some also have Jacuzzi baths as well. Rooms have tea/coffee facilities, hairdryers and are well furnished for relaxation. There is an extensive library of fine books, local and national travel literature and maps for guests to use and enjoy. There is extensive, secure private parking for Guest Use.

Sea Shore Farm Guesthouse is set on a lovely, quiet farm in a beautiful location with views to die for. Our room was enormous and we had a great nights sleep. Breakfast was delicious and Owen and Mary are wonderful hosts who go out of their way to make you feel welcome.

We absolutely loved everything about this B&B! We stayed 4 nights in a very spacious, ground floor, corner room that has a fabulous view of the bay and the farm’s pasture. Mrs. Mary-Patricia & Mr. Owen were so gracious and offered great advice on our daily outings in the area. The breakfast room was beautifully appointed & there were many delicious options offered. Spacious parking is available in front of the guesthouse and there is a convenient, although narrow, lane into town, where there is a free parking lot, that makes walking to shops and restaurants easy! Stay here for easy access to Ring of Kerry, Beara Peninsula/ Healy Pass (highly recommend), & Killarney National Park. Kenmare was our favorite town - so glad we didn’t stay in busy Killarney!

We had a wonderful 3 day stay here. Water views from the room were beautiful. Everything nicely decorated and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Close proximity to Killarney National Park in the low key town of Kenmare. What I really loved about this place is that it was family run by different generations, parents, daughters and grandchildren playing in the kitchen. Felt like a home. Highly recommend.

We were given a family suite for a very reasonable price! Separate rooms and bathrooms for us and our daughter was really nice. The house is overlooking the bay and the view from our very large window was breathtaking. Room and bathroom were very large. Bathroom was renovated. Room was very quite. Couple were very nice and had good suggestions.

We loved our stay with Owen and Patrice. They were the most charming couple and gracious hosts. Our room was very spacious and had a walkout to the most beautiful view of the Beara Peninsula. Easy to get to town and a great start to the Ring of Kerry!

The Sea Shore Guesthouse is well located within walking distance from Kenmare. Kenmare is a very pleasant town, much better than Killarney. Patriacia and Owen, the innkeepers, take good care of their guests with an excellent made-to-order breakfast. They have a few cows but otherwise it is no longer a working farm. The location is very quiet with beautiful views across the bay. We had the large room shown in the pictures with lots of light. The full day trip to the Beara Peninsula from Kenmare is spectacular. In short: highly recommended. .

What a great B and B! We were a little hesitant after reading a couple of negative reviews, but we found them very off base. We found the Sea Shore Farm Guesthouse to be very charming, quiet, peaceful and clean. I had a single room overlooking the river with a fantastic bathroom. The joy of soaking in a huge tub after walking the Dingle Way was priceless! Our hosts were very accommodating and helpful and the breakfast they provided was very good and filling. Their WIFI was very good and I enjoyed the views immensely. Hopefully someday I will be back in this area and I hope to stay here again.
