We stayed three nights with out hosts Jens and Barry. Their house and gardens were spectacular. Lovely large comfortable room with gorgeous views, very comfortable bed,and great shower. The breakfast was delicious and fresh, plenty to choose from. Jens baked a lovely tasty cake offered to us each day, lovely touch and kept us going for that mid day snack. The house is situated in a beautiful spot not too far to the town for dinner and shopping. The house is only a short drive away to some of the most spectacular sites Our hosts were friendly and helpful they gave us great advice about where to visit and dine. We would highly recommend Valhalla to others and hope to make another visit to them next year.

We recently spent a wonderful week in Valhalla BnB. Jens & Barry could not have done more for us, the superb breakfasts in the sunroom & their advice on places to visit in the area. Our beautiful room had breath taking views of the Beara Peninsula. Would totally recommend staying here. Best wishes, Bryan & Sandra Rogers.

What a lovely AirBnB, we had an unbelievable time! Thanks so much to the owners Jens and Barry, who did absolutely everything to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The breakfast was divine and had everything you can think of. The house itself and bedrooms were lovely with beautiful views. The location is great, we did the Ring of Kerry on day one and the Beara Peninsula on day two. The recommendations Barry and Jens gave us were class, we honestly couldn't have asked for more! Thanks for making us feel so welcomed.

We chanced across Barry & Jens’ piece of Co. Kerry paradise as a base for a few days exploring Kenmare and the surrounds. We couldn’t have hoped for a more well appointed place to call our (brief) home, complete with two attentive and welcoming hosts. As luck would have it the weather was wonderful for the entirety of the stay, and recommendations of local walks and local haunts were shared over superb breakfasts; alongside the chance, come the afternoon, to just sit back and enjoy a picturesque view from their gardens with a glass of red from the honesty bar to watch the stars start to emerge across the evening sky. Our room was beyond comfortable, quiet, and spotlessly clean, a stay at Valhalla cannot come more highly recommended.

Definitely one of the nicest B and B's I have stayed in. House and rooms are spacious, spotless and Covid compliant. Breakfasts are delicious. The hosts Barry and Jans are attentive and a great source of local information. Plenty to do in the locality - rain or shine!! Overall highly recommended. Pat and Mary
