Spent two nights here and would wholeheartedly recommend it. We had a friendly and informative welcome even though we arrived late in the evening. The room was warm, clean and comfortable with everything you would expect form a B&B. After a good nights sleep we had a lovely filling breakfast which set us up for the day. The staff were...

Extremely convenient location (just a few minutes' walk to the centre, right next to a supermarket for all those necessary "tidbits"). The beds (and linens, and duvets, and pillows) could not have been more comfy. We are five sisters who about once a year travel to Ireland together, touring the country, and have stayed at a great number of B&Bs...

Really enjoyed my stay in the Brass Lantern. An older lady checked us in and was so lovely. Rooms are incredibly spacious and absolutely spotless. Bed Linen was lovely and we had a great nights sleep. It is only a couple minutes walk to the town. Highly recommend this place, my only thing that I would say needs improving is...

We were at Brass Lantern for 2 nights and had 2 rooms for our family of five which worked well. Walkable 1/2 distance to town center for restaurants and shops. Excellent location to access Ring of Kerry route. Consistent wifi in rooms helpful for my 21 year old to keep up with her online college classes. Staff were very knowledgeable,...

This is an update. I was feeling like this place was really awful upon my arrival. My sense, after staying 2 nights, is that the owner is overwhelmed and the young girl helping out is undertrained. The breakfast was good and they were all very nice. The financial arrangement (where they want all of the payment before you sleep there)...

This b&b was a great find. There is free onsite parking off the road which is safe and secure. It is only a 3 minute walk into the centre of Kenmare which gives it the added benefit of being quiet at night. The house has a nice open living area where breakfast is served. The rooms are large, comfortable and...

The room was great, very warm and cosy and was also quite big! The shower was lovely and the bed was very comfortable!...
