An ex pub - now just a B&B. Paid £45 for a twin room for two, including breakfast. (Room 3). Room 3 in building across yard from main building. Well equipped with comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Excellent cooked to order breakfast. Take care leaving - exit has high walls either side and exit goes straight onto the road.

Stayed while travelling for business. Not enough parking for all guests. The room I stayed it housed the boiler in the wardrobe, the room was sweltering. Fortunately there was a fan so I slept with this on and the window open. There were no thermostats on the radiators to turn them down either. The room was clean, although basic. The...

We stayed for 2 nights and had a comfortable room. Good wifi, TV and comfortable bed. Porridge for breakfast was delicious and a good cooked breakfast too. Debbie and her staff were very friendly and welcoming - thank you for looking after us.

Stayed here for one night in a double room with my husband. Nice quiet location very close to Long Melford & Bury st Edmunds. It was clean, bright & airy. Had tea/ coffee in room, hairdryer and bathroom miniatures. It is not an Inn now but solely a b&b so don't expect to be able to get an evening meal...

Lovely owner, Debbie, who was so welcoming and helpful. Spotlessly clean and comfortable room, very good shower. Good breakfast. Just what you need from an English b&b and at a very good price! Room tip: if you are hoping for a lie-in ask for a first floor room if possible as the rather creaky floorboards can be heard on ground...

We stayed in this B&B in Glemsford over the August Bank Holiday weekend. Our room was in a block separate from the main building, overlooking a courtyard. The room was perfectly comfortable and clean and it was a very peaceful location. There are a couple of pubs and a Chinese bar/restaurant nearby but the reason we stayed was for the...

The Host Debbie was very friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. We stayed for two very hot nights in August and was offered a jug of iced water to be left in our room in the evening while we out which was lovely to come back to. The breakfast was made to order and was very good. Over all...

Visited for 3 nights in October as a belated wedding anniversary celebration and had a wonderful time. Debbie and her family were so welcoming and hospitable. Her breakfasts are excellent and fill you up for the day! The rooms are in good decorative order; its not boutique B&B but if you want warm hospitality, excellent food and a spacious room...

Loved this place! Great place to stay with family whilst visiting Suffolk for a 90th birthday celebration. Debbie & her family are lovely, very friendly & nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are fully equipped with everything you need & are stylish & comfortable. There is a great Chinese restaurant about a 10 minute walk away which I'd also...
