Had a wonderful last minute weekend away. When we arrived, our hostess Marion was very welcoming and helpful. The cottage was beautiful, everything within the cottage was of very good quality, and it was very clean. When we arrived there was milk in the fridge and some home made rock cakes too. Plenty of tea and coffee, washing up liquid,...

Two of us stayed in the 'Grove Cottage' - a split level one bedroom unit with an additional cloakroom toilet on the ground floor. Everything you could possible need being a real 'home from home' with an excellent on-site free laundrette facility. The conversion sits in a beautifully landscaped environment and the attention to the architectural detail. is impressive. I...

Stayed in the lodges for two days in early July for a school reunion and was most impressed with the accommodation and location The lodges offer a very high level of comfort; all the facilities you could want and have great views of the surrounding, rolling countryside. Our hosts Marian and Adrian could not have been more helpful even offering...

We would just like to express our thanks for the amazing service we were provided with from Marian and all the staff at Cumberwell Country Cottages. Ourselves, close family and friends rented the entire courtyard for our wedding and everyone felt relaxed and at home in the cottages. The setting is beautiful, very quiet. All the utilities are clean and...

We stayed in the Tyning Cottage for two nights for a wedding, we absolutely loved staying here. The cottage felt very welcoming and homely, it was lovely and clean, and very well presented. The fresh roses and homemade rock cakes left for us were a personal welcoming touch. The courtyard to the front was tidy with plenty of space to...

It was the perfect location to base ourselves for two weeks. Was lovely to be welcomed after a long day of travel with flowers and...

We spent Christmas here as we have family in the area and it worked really well for us. Spacious & comfortable with Marion helping us with the extra requirements. Even the golf club & resturant was good to visit. Along the way there were a few issues which we have mentioned mainly the struggle we had using an oven &...

I had my 50th birthday party at Cumberwell Park Golf Club at the end of November and reserved all seven cottages for my friends/family. Marion couldn't have been more helpful/accommodating and the cottages were perfect. Comfortable, well-appointed and so convenient.

For 3 couples wanting a weekend in Bradford-on-Avon we couldn't have found anywhere better than Cold Harbour Cottage. We were able to explore the delights of the historic little town during the day and "stay home" in the evenings. There's plenty to see and do in Bradford and lots of lovely cafes and pubs for morning coffee, lunch or tea....
