Immaculately presented, hard not to be impressed as you pull into the drive and walk into the stunning reception area. A wonderful welcome despite turning up 2 hours before official check in time! Rooms are stunningly presented and very spacious! I have spent the afternoon/evening here as it is so pleasant, the communal areas are extremely inviting and the breakfast...

When we arrived we were expecting someone there to welcome us and show us to our room, however after reading notes on the reception desk we realised our keys were in a bowl and we had a book to sign in on.... we loved it!!! so much better than having to introduce yourself and act polite, especially after 9 hours...

Fantastic B&B, not a lot near it. Not too far from the M1, but very quiet. Plenty of free parking on the driveway. Lots of thoughtful touches throughout the guesthouse. The lodge is light and airy and excellently maintained and equipped. It really feels like a small hotel in the vein of a Travelodge, only the quality...

The room had everything you could need including a kettle, hairdryer and an ironing board. The breakfast was top class! Would certainly reccomend paying for the...

This guest lodge is like no other. Better than many hotels. Spotlessly clean, excellent facilities, dietary requirements catered for and an excellent array of information on local attractions and restaurants. Attention to detail is second to none and it feels like you've got the place to yourself. Staff are there when needed but not in your face or disturbing you....
