This is a place which is welcoming, attentive staff good food and excellent service a very good place to take people who are visiting the area. The menu has a good balance of meat fish and chicken and also vegetarian options

We stayed at the Riverhill to prepare for our wedding. We were accompanied by our guests who joined us at various points through the week. we had a very good one night stay here. Very clean room, friendly staff and a lovely breakfast. Really handy to have some good parking as well. Nice looking and inviting garden area with tables and chairs etc.

I have been here twice to stay on business and used the restaurant on other occasions. This is a superb hotel with good parking, quick check in and superb food all at a reasonable price. Only stayed one night, but the staff and manager were very helpful. Room nice and clean,good clean crisp linen. I had to leave my vehicle for a couple of days while i went off touring, no ifs or buts from the Manager.( how good is that) Well recommended and will def. book again. Thanks to you all. david

Stayed here for a weekend and found everything perfect. Rooms were spacious clean and comfortable. Good facilities and the little fruit/snack was a lovely touch. Spent some time in the bar with friendly and helpful staff. We made a late booking for dinner, food was brilliant and attentive staff, excellent portion sizes and the dessert trolley looked fab. Well someone recommended this hotel for dinner for our wedding anniversary. We went their and had a lovely meal. The food was excellent and I liked the decor. We were welcomed by very friendly staff and cannot fault the service we received. The breakfasts were great and nothing was too much trouble. We have stayed at the hotel many times. This time we spent a long weekend at the hotel to visit North Wales and Liverpool. It is a good location with good road links for doing this.
