We are very fortunate to live close to the Bushtown Hotel and Spa. It's somewhere we have only recently rediscovered, after a fabulous makeover. The impressive foyet area is wonderful for a bite of lunch, informal business meetings, or a catch up. Very relaxing elegant ambiance. Cushy Grill never fails to impress, and being a regular diner, the consistency and the standard of food is excellent. But the Bushtown Hotels main pull for us, is the wonderfull staff. All who will go out of their way to make each visit as perfect as possible for you. Remembering favourite drinks, little touches to make your visit special. Notably Clive, Christine and Ivan, to name only a few. I am glad after years of it feeling tired, it has a new breath of air. Can't wait wait for our first spa visit. Definitely a hidden gem.

Stayed here for the Armoy road Race absolutely fabulous hotel. Christine or as some people call her Chrissy checked us in she was so helpful and friendly. We had a beautiful room bed was so comfy. We eat both nights in the hotel the food is probably the best we have had anywhere in the world. Ivan looked after us both at dinner and breakfast nothing was ever too much trouble. I would definitely recommend a pay rise for him he is a Gem

Stayed here with family and friends, we have stayed before and again we had a enjoyable time. The staff were mostly very helpful and friendly but a few could have been a bit more helpful. we dined in the hotel on both evenings we stayed, the first evening one of our friends was not happ with their fish dish, the server was informed but was not very helpful or willing to offer an alternative to the dish. The majority of the food during our stay was very nice but it is the small things that make your stay and so the poor dish along with the poor service is something that took a little of the enjoyment out of the stay. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Had a lovely afternoon at the Bushtown today. I treated my mum for her 60th birthday and was greeted by a lovely gentleman on reception, escorted to the spa, met by a lovely lady - (Joanne I think) who took us through our consultation forms and explained everything in detail. Following this we were shown the spa facilities and left to get changed and chill out before we were greeted by two lovey therapists (can’t remember both girls names - I think Pamela & Tracy). Both very attentive and treated us like queens. We would both highly recommend the full body massage, was beautiful! Following this we were able to chill in the pool & hot tub & then had a lovely afternoon tea. The waiters & waitresses were so attentive & we both commend the chef! Thank you to everyone at the Bushtown for providing us with an enjoyable Saturday 🙂

I have stayed here twice in two weeks and on both occasions had problems first occasion the toilet was leaking water all over the bathroom floor and had to be moved rooms after settling in with a baby, the pool was not staffed and pool was over run by children without adults present. The second time we stayed it was one of the hottest days of the year and our heating was on full blast and the dial for the radiator was lying on the floor snapped off and were out of the room 4 hours before it was fixed and comfortable. Pool was closed on second occasion until evening time because the noise was to loud for the spa which didn't suit my young family. The view out all room windows were very poor and some fixtures in the rooms would need fixed and updated. I have emailed the hotel and not even the decency to reply
