We stayed overnight after travelling a total of 6 hours +getting out at locations (423kms) from Doolin. The staff were amazing before we even got to the hotel! We were arriving fairly late and received a call to see if we were going to want dinner (the kitchen closes at 8:30) we were arriving at 8:15pm and even though we were so close to closing the staff were very friendly and accommodating for us. Our room was clean, very spacious and the shower was amazing! The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast in the morning has a small selection of toast, croissants & cereals as well as a breakfast menu! Everything was delicious! They are also pet friendly if you are travelling with your pets! Overall highly recommend!
Just back from a few nice nice and relaxing days with our Dog. Lovely little Hotel and great they have some pet friendly rooms. Staff all very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was fantastic we both had sourdough with avocado and poached eggs just perfect. We will certainly return soon. Thanks
Fantastic staff absolutely delicious breakfast (try the avocado sourdough with poached eggs). Amazing overall stay, coastal views were stunning. I would highly recommend a stay at this hotel. We will be back. Many thanks.
Stayed for 1 night as a present for my wifes birthday. On arrival and booked in, realised we had been allocated probably the biggest room, the Atlantic Suite. A birthday card and chocolates waiting for us in the room. What a lovely thoughtful surprise. Special thanks to Jessica who arranged in, a lovely touch. Reception staff of Adele & Debbie at Reception greeted us on arrival, extremely pleasant and informed us of the hotel and what we should expect. Our room was enormous facing the front of the hotel and overlooking the sea. Lovely and clean, contained 2 doubles and 2 singles, a large bathroom, kitchen and fridge, large sofa that could easily sit 8 people and a smart TV. The hotel is ideally situated between the resorts of Portrush & Portstewart, also close to all the main attractions on this coast. Everywhere was spotless and the staff extremely pleasant. We had a special Autumn offer of 1 night B&B and 2 course evening meal. Our evening meal was Garlic Bread (We shared) I had the fish and chips, the best I have eaten in many a year, my wife had the Chicken Goujons, by far the largest we had seen in awhile. It really took some eating. we finished with Sticky Toffee pudding, fresh cream and icecream (We shared that) The Restaurant staff were excellent, very efficient and you did not to have to wait too long for your meal. A special mention for Karen, who was our waitress, what a treasure you have in her. Sleep was excellent in a nice bed and not too much noise from the main road which was directly outside. Breakfast was superb, all you could want from the buffet, croissants (Nice to see the giant ones and not the smaller versions) followed by a great choice from the table served hot breakfast. An excellent well run hotel that is more than worth a visit. An interesting point is that dogs are welcome, those with them, have their own special rooms and dine in a separate area of the hotel.…
Fantastic time, thank you so much. Amazing offer for a two nights stay, rooms are very comfortable and spotlessly clean and all the staff are brilliant. The food is delicious can't fault this hotel at all. So good we're back again in December, definitely recommend to anyone.
All staff very friendly and welcoming. Value for money. Breakfast good options. Early bird menu un restaurant, didn't know so had booked somewhere else but good to know. Good carparking. No elevator but happy to relocate downstairs if required.
Very clean hotel, friendly staff and great restaurant. We stayed in a family room on a BnB basis at a very good rate. The quality of the accommodation and breakfast was great. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant which was very good, and benefitted from a special price for ordering before 6pm. There was a little noise from the road in front of and the railway behind the hotel, but not enough to keep us awake at night.
Spent a wonderful Saturday on the North Coast with family and friends on 24th September. 5 adults, a child, a baby & 2 dogs had dinner in the Inn On The Coast. The staff were excellent, friendly, welcoming and attentive. Our meal was exceptional. My Guiness and steak pie was propably the best pie meal I have ever had. Everyone else said how much they enjoyed their meals too. Well done everyone at the Inn On The Coast. Best regards Stephen 😀 5 Stars 🌟
Went out for dinner last night with friends and we where happy with the food and service from most of the staff but one waitress in particular with short hair was extremely rude. She made multiple rude comments and spoke to us in a very condescending and passive aggressive tone which was disappointing as the rest of the staff where lovely .
As mentioned in the title, it is very dog friendly and my dogs were surprised by a little gift bag on the table. The food was very good and the staff were happy to help with any questions I had. The pet friendly part of the restaurant was great as we played pool (not sure of name) while my parents took the dogs outside to the bathroom. However. It is about a 2/3 minute drive to the main town of protrude.
