We had a great weekend away at the Adelphi. Four of us shared a quadruple room. It was huge and very comfortable. One of our party had a special birthday and the hotel left a card and bottle of sparkling wine in the room which was very much appreciated. We all had spa treatments and I can't say enough great things about the pamper package. It was fabulous and also value for money. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and really accommodating at all times. All in all we had a brilliant weekend at a really lovely hotel.

Great little hotel in great location. Warm welcome awaits from reception staff to cleaning and bistro staff. Well equipped rooms with comfortable beds and the bonus of a sauna on the ground floor and a spa offering beauty treatments. Be sure to dine in the bistro which serves good quality food. A true home from home experience. Spotless rooms.

First visit to this small hotel, relatively clean and decent breakfast but dated. Unfortunately having left a full bottle of Hugo Boss aftershave received for the occasion (wedding anniversary), reception said they did not have it, this was the morning after we checked out. Conclusively they either don’t clean the rooms or the staff that do are untrustworthy, disappointing.

I had visitors from England and we spent the day in Portrush and then I booked a table for 9 in the Adelphi Bistro. My visitors said it was a perfect end to a perfect day. The restaurant was quiet and spacious and the waitress and food were excellent

Me and my friend had stayed here last weekend. Amazing room and really friendly staff at reception,My friend had booked this stay as we wanted to explore Portrush and had heard very positive things about the Adelphi so we decided to give it a go, We were very happy with our room but unfortunately at breakfast the following morning we weren’t impressed, It was busy which we understand, I had asked for a full Irish breakfast and my friend the same, Food was enjoyable but had to ask multiple times for extra potato bread, We had asked a lady with dark hair and glasses for a pot of coffee which we received 10 minutes later as I said we understand it is busy and take note of that so we tried to enjoy the rest of our breakfast, Was not happy at all with the attitude of the lady who we had previously asked for our Coffee, There were 2 younger girls and a gentlemen who was wearing a white shirt, Who were lovely and really helpful, Made sure we had hot coffee and toast and had a great chat with us!, But as a Mother I was really disappointed that the Staff member we had a poor start with spoke to the other 2 younger staff members with utter disrespect. If I thought my daughter was going to a place of work and being spoke to the way we whitenessed. I wouldn’t be happy at all and it was very unprofessional especially in front of customers. I Thank and appreciate the reception staff who were very welcoming and lovely, And the younger girls who were very hardworking and very friendly especially after the way they were spoke to. We did have a lovely and enjoyable stay and had a nice dinner in the bistro that evening, But breakfast was a disappointment. Thank you and we will be back!(just hopefully a better breakfast experience)…

We stayed in a family room (402) which was very spacious and quaint with exposed beams from floor to ceiling. Delicious breakfast and friendly staff. The hotel also has great spa facilities (jacuzzi, sauna and steam room).

Best hotel ever. Very clean, staff extremely friendly, food excellent. Bonus they have YouTube and Netflix on the TV if you have kids! Very central to everything. Highly recommend and will definitely be back. Thank you so much.
