I did not book the accommodation for this one night trip to the north coast & I assumed that we were staying in a hotel. I was therefore surprised to see the sign outside indicating that The Albany Lodge was in fact a guest house. All I can say is that this is a guest house with a difference and...

Stayed last night Sat 8 April with two of my friends. Central location and while unable to park outside there is ample nearby carparks or on street parking. Rooms were lovely. Decor gorgeous, was eyeing it up for my own bedroom. Loved that there was a fridge in the room, very handy for the wine. Beds were very comfy, had...

Stayed for one night with our 3 year old. The rooms were comfortable, clean and well catered, including a hairdryer and a small fridge. The hotel is located in the town centre and within walking distance of all the local restaurants/amenities. We choose a room with a seaview which we were very pleased with. Breakfast was great with a wide...

Staying at this B&B for the first time was a new experience as I was starting university the next day. During the arrival I was greeted by the wonderful Benny who started chatting to me about himself and the business; the delightful Anna then appeared round the corner and greeted me! My stay at the Lodge was perfect as I...

My better half and myself rode the motorcycle up to this lodge to stay for the night towards the start of the new year. We ended up getting soaked from the journey (typical Northern Ireland weather). We were immediately greeted upon arrival (we were a bit late to check-in but they didn't mind at all) and told to run upstairs...

Just back from a two night stay and had a wonderful time...very relaxing. This was our first time at Albany Lodge, and our hosts, Benny and Anna, were so welcoming. They couldn't have been nicer or more gracious. They really put you at ease and enjoy a wee chat...it almost felt like visiting family rather than a B&B! Really lovely...

From the minute we walked into Albany lodge we could not have been made to feel more welcome. Having phoned in advance to check they had some bike storage to the moment we left it was like chatting to friends you'd known a lifetime. Benny and Anna absolutely make this a great place to stay, as well as the amazing...

Under the new ownership The Albany Lodge has improved its quality. The owners are non-professionals which is part of the charm of this lodge. We really appreciated their dedication to let heir guests feel at home. Is it perfect? No, but it is good. The rooms at the 3rd floor have an amazing view over the sea. Breakfast is good and...

Stayed at The Albany for a weekend break with friends, this 3 star lodge has two stars, Ben and Anna, that work so hard, to ensure your stay is as perfect as possible. When we arrived Benny and Anna (Benanna), greeted us as though they had know us for years. The rooms are large with en-suite, tea and coffee making...

Thank you so much to our lovely hosts who made us feel right at home! Lovely views of the sea from our room and breakfast was just fab! Would definitely recommend staying there while visiting Portrush! Also right on the door of the giants causeway!
