I took my daughter=in=law and two small granddaughters for a family meal , we didn't book and arrived on saturday night about 7 pm.We were surprised to get in as it was easter. We were made welcome and seated in window , the staff immediately brought the children some pens and colouring and took our drinks order promptly. The staff...

I stayed here for one night for a conference in April 2017. My room was comfortable and clean. The wifi was not great. The hotel is a bit of a mix of smart and modern in some places with scruffy and old fashioned in others, but it worked OK for this event. The AV for the conference was below the...

We made our booking asking for a quiet room . We had to leave early as the hotel was full of noisy young people who seemed to packed out the hotel. The hotel seemed helpless to do anything about this or was happy to collect the income. We were unable to sleep due to a party taking place in the...

We stayed here several years ago and while on a touring holiday we decided to return. Having enjoyed the previous stay we were disappointed. The place was like a ghost town and totally lacking in atmosphere. The staff were very polite, friendly and efficient but the standard of food served from the bar restaurant was very poor. The Guinness and...

The room is very large. The bed was comfortable. There is mold on the bathroom ceiling, both the curtains and duvet had tears in them and I couldn't get the towel warmer to work. Reception wasn't surprised with the mold or tears but said I should have called them about the towel warmer. They did have a very nice tub...

Stayed for 2 nights in March 17 on a business trip. The room was very large and the bed incredibly comfortable. The booking included a full Irish breakfast which was tasty and well cooked. The room rate was surprisingly low at just £44 per night. Compared to other more expensive hotels I had stayed in during my trip, this had...

I stayed at this hotel as was my wife's birthday and we were meeting family in Portrush. During our stay on a Sat night there was anti social behaviour resulting in police being called and our sleep being severely disrupted. Next morning no manager on duty to highlight our concerns. Breakfast on a Sunday is over at 1000. Surely for...
