Excellent Room - spacious and clean. Food was excellent and great choice too. The staff are also friendly and helpful. All in all a great wee break and would return in a heartbeat - the bar had trad music on too which was very good indeed

I can’t believe this hotel is only three stars, I would travel frequently with work and this is one of the best hotels that I have stayed in for a long time. At reception we were made to feel genuinely welcome. The staff were friendly and very efficient. Shout out to Chloe for all your help and recommendations. The room was beautiful, one of the nicest rooms I’ve stayed in for a long time. It was lovely having the sea view. Well equipped with coffee machine and some nice treats. Breakfast was well worth the £10 extra supplement. It was nice to have a menu and lots of options to choose from.

Booked here at short notice and like many, I’m quite familiar with Kelly’s over the years, but never stayed in the hotel. We were met by friendly reception staff and given a room. Unfortunately this room was slightly cramped with no view other than 3 walls and air conditioning units. A quick trip to reception remedied this, and we were given a much better room with views out to sea. We enjoyed a few drinks at the bar after a meal in the town, staff were very friendly & helpful, and little touches such as walking a quest to the hotel lifts don’t go unnoticed. Only complaint was that although the room was good, it suffered from an electrical system drone which was very obvious during the night. I raised this with staff who acknowledged this was an issue with the room and have promised us a treat the next time we return…and we’ll be happy to do so.

Booked into " Shane Lowry " suite overlooking Royal Portrush GC . Excellent check in , courteous staff and management , lovely suite clean and tidy , great public bar with open fire and great bar staff . Unfortunately we didn't realise the time and when asked if kitchen was still open they said no , however we where then asked if we would take some scampi or chicken gougons with chips and sides which we accepted without question . Top quality and wasn't needed as it was our lateness that caused this but super customer relations on management side to offer .

One of most welcoming, clean , modern and well looked after hotels I've been too. The staff went above and beyond to look after us the whole time I was there. My room was amazing and so cozy. Food was amazing. Can not wait to come back again.
