My family and I stopped for tea, having stayed here previously I knew it was nothing fancy, but had always experienced friendly staff and good bar food. However this time we waited half an hour to give our order, a further forty five min for our meal to come and when it did, my burger was raw. Not underdone, pure...

Happy overall with our stay. The Port is a small-ish hotel and certainly not luxurious, but it met all of our needs. Breakfast was good and staff helpful. What I didn't like about the Port is that we were assigned a room on the top floor and there are no elevators. This meant a climb of either 57 or 67...

Called in here for lunch in the bar area. We were greeted and had menus and a drinks order taken straight away. The bar has an old time feel to it with a open fire in a red brick fireplace . I imagine it is a cosy place to have a drink in the winter months. All very nice. I...

Me and my wife have been regular visitors to Portrush over the years and really enjoyed our stay. Very central to all shops and amenities as based on the Main Street. Very friendly staff and the food was fantastic and lots of it too. Great to spend a few hours in the bar too to unwind after a long day

Great location with very friendly and helpful staff, breakfast was also very good. Rooms are a little basic, but still have everything you would need and for the price it offers more than good value for money.

Have stayed here on numerous occasions and have found this hotel to be a fantastic base to get to all tourist attractions on the north coast. Very friendly staff and a great night in the welcoming bar with crazy Dave. A fantastic cooked breakfast in the mornings helps get you off to a great start to the day. The rooms...

OK, first off, I have to confess that I didn't love Portrush as a town. Also, we ended up spending more time there than I would have liked due to a tire blowout while driving the Coastal Causeway. That said, the Port Hotel is an older hotel and not quite filled with amenities. We did not have wifi there, for...

The hotel is centrally located and the room we had (number 14) was spacious, comfortable and well-equipped. The staff were helpful and the breakfast was very good. Be aware that the top floor rooms are up several flights of stairs.
