The hotel is handy to Belfast but not as expensive as staying in Belfast. We stayed with my son and his family, so 2 rooms, one for a family with 2 children. The hotel overlooks the harbour and one room had a view to the harbour. Whilst we never really stayed in the room other than to sleep, it was...

A very Nice hotel. Lovely view of the castle and boats. The Staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was great and staff were very attentive. The bed was very comfortable and the temperature in the room was perfect.

Great hotel clean, tidy, comfortable. Rooms warm, fresh clean towels and food size. Handy to centre of town and lots of parking space. Staff friendly and food good. WiFi available. Hotel staff rang taxi for us no problem.

Bathrooms smell of sewage water not very hot and the noise of people upstairs. Don't bother complaining they are not interested. Also stains on bedding. This hotel needs a revamp when we checked in the girl on the desk was very nice but it went down hill from there.

Stayed for one night and would not return. Room was just adequate but bathroom facilities left a lot to be desired. Wifi not working and toilet would not flush properly. The staff ere friendly and the breakfast was fine. Location of this hotel could not be better.

The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The staff very friendly and the food acceptable. However, step over the hotel threshold and you mobile signal goes from full to zero. The wireless connection is slow (even the premier paid for one). One step from the hotel into the car park and again you have signal. Very odd, but god forbid...

The premier is sited on the harbour and has views out across the marina, it is within easy walking distance of the castle - a must visit attraction- an easy walk along the promenade and close to the shops -which whilst uninspiring are beginning to look better than previous years. The room had everything you'd expect including a trouser press,...
