This is the most unique hotel I have ever stayed in. Beautiful rooms full of wonderful antiques, cleanliness above anywhere else I’ve been. An amazing Irish breakfast with china cups band table laid out out ready A very warm welcome from the pub where you collect the keys from. Altogether amazing experience that I recommend to anyone Thank you
Don't know how long ago the photos on the website were taken but they certainly do not reflect the current state of the place. NO host to welcome us when we arrived, just a note on the front door telling us to go to the pub down the road. We found the pub, got our key, let ourselves in and found our room - IT WAS NOT ENSUITE. We had to share the use of a toilet and shower which actually was part of the bedroom next door - NOT what you want when you need the loo in the middle of the night! The wash basin in our room had a huge crack in it and the decoration of the room left an awful lot to be desired, with wallpaper looking like it was going to peel away at any time. The lampshades and a chandelier type lamp looked like they had seen better days and all in all, first impressions were not good. Breakfast the next day had to be taken at a communal table, no individual tables, the only saving grace was the cooked breakfast, which was superb, plenty of it and very tasty. Oh and then we were told that the card reader wasn't working and we had to pay by cash! Not what I would consider to be a great experience.…
A very quirky guest house and a very welcoming hosts. As friendly as rural folk in Co. Tyrone are. Clean and comfy but very worn-in and full of quirky old furniture. Breakfast downstairs and good chat. Recommended and my place of choice to stay in this area between Dungannon and Armagh.
Charming B&B with a lovely location 45 min from Belfast. Comfortable beds, clean rooms, lovely garden and excellent breakfast. The hostess takes great care of you. An extra plus, it was dog friendly. Moy was a sweet village with many pubs and restaurants, well worth a visit.
Overall, my stay was a bit disappointing. The host was absent when I arrived and there was a note to go to the nearby bar to check in. The bar was super crowded and it was hard to find someone to ask about getting my room key. Although my room was clean and the bed comfortable, overall the placed smelled musty and looked a bit shopworn. Also, although guests were supposed to have access to laundry facilities (according to their website), both washers were filled with wet towels and no one was around to ask about it.
