We have eaten here quite a few times and usually love the homely feel and fantastic pub grub. Today, however we were disappointed, I ordered the chicken Kiev, advertised as being served with mixed leaves and button mushrooms. It arrived, the smallest chicken breast you have ever seen and 3 teeny tiny little mushrooms along with some watercress as the...

Just back from my second stay in the past few months. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Food is very good and great selection of beers. The short dark stocky barman was particularly friendly and helpful. Wife enjoyed it so much she's staying this Friday again for the Elvis show!

I've stayed here At Easter for the last few years now the rooms are clean and very spacious. Breakfast is very nice and the staff are very helpful. The adjoining bars are brilliant. The only downside to this hotel is not being able to book online.
