We tend to visit Truro for shopping and attending the Hall for Cornwall Theatre. We have stayed at the Mannings on at least four occasions and always found the Hotel to be excellent. All the staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and beds very comfortable the food is very enjoyable and bar prices reasonable. We would recommend...

Have stayed a few times now, staff and service are always great. Rooms modern and clean but the place has plenty of character. The restaurant is really nice, great food and a nice varied menu, not cheap but not silly. I stay and dine on business but would use this hotel and restaurant for leisure too.

Mannings hotel is great for its central location, the price for two nights was just £170 a bargain for won't you got. If you had the two complimentary drinks, which I thought was a nice touch it made the room a bargain

I took my family for lunch here during my visit to Cornwall. I have visited this restaurant before so I knew how good the food was. The staff are very good, so professional yet still friendly. They went above and beyond to provide us with various things. They made a delicious milk shake for our 3 year old, even though...

My wife and I stayed over on Saturday 8th November. We had a wonderful stay in a great room (N032) on the top floor. The meal in the restaurant was excellent, and the service was second to none with nothing being too much trouble for the staff. In fact the whole team at the Hotel clearly all had the same...

Good location. Central to shops and town hall etc. Friendly staff. Visited restaurant. Nice food. Our room was too hot however and outside was noisy until about 11pm then again from 6am with the kitchen generators so window couldn't be open at these times. Also get an unpleasant kitchen smell in the morning if window is open. Better rooms at...

The food was excellent and the service was very quick. Very comfortable. Staff were excellent No lift and I was on the top floor. Not many parking spaces and may have to park off-site away from the hotel if car park full.

I stayed here last weekend with my other half for his graduation. The hotel is wonderfully central to Truro so if you didn't know your way around its a great place to start. Also the staff are lovely they were talking a German couple through the sites as we checked out and it was clear they were proud of the...

Third lunch here in recent weeks, and have been in large groups and just as a couple. Can really recommend the specials menu, which always has a good selection of fish and meat dishes, freshly prepared and well cooked. The service is quick, friendly and the atmosphere is lively with a mixed crowd. It's possible to turn up and get...
