Thanks for a lovely stay! Check in was quick and easy, rooms were a good size and comfortable! A great base to visit Truro! Would definitely stay again. Food/drinks were amazing! The waitress who served us was very good at her job and made us feel very welcomed. Thanks

My boyfriend and I stayed from 1 February until 3rd as we went to see Seth Lakeman at The Hall For Cornwall. This hotel could not be better placed for the HFC which is just a few steps from the hotel. I emailed the hotel, in advance, about not having good mobility for stairs and needing a walk in shower....

We recently stayed at Mannings for a second time and found it was even better than the first time. Really friendly and helpful staff, especially Karen on reception and Lucy, Tom and Ester in the restaurant. The weekend 'M Club' deal offered great value for money - special room rate and complimentary cocktails, plus we given welcome drinks' vouchers to...

We have been using Mannings (also when it was The Royal) for around 30 years, generally lunching there around 3 or 4 times a month, dinner around 5 times a year and the odd over night stay, so you could say we enjoy it! We stayed for the night on 24th January for our anniversary. I got a very good...

I stayed here while attending a funeral on the 23rd January 2014. The hotel staff were kind , helpful and rooms were very clean. Beds were comfortable and linen clean and soft. I would return in happier times.

we stayed for one night and we were not disappointed. Nice warm welcome on arrival and a nice room and comfortable bed. The Hotel is central with a car park right door which has security gates not sure that is needed. Nice to know your car is safe though. The staff were all very good and we have to say...

Fantastic hotel stayed 30th January so it was a busy time at the hotel but you wouldn't have thought so everyone who worked at the hotel were so attentive the customer service was excellent. We will return to this hotel next time we return to hotel. Be careful of top floor bedrooms as the ceilings slope hit my head several...

I couldn't fault this hotel during my five-day trip. The location was perfectly convenient, the staff were ultra helpful, the room was clean and comfortable and the bathroom was one of the best I've experienced for many a year.

Stayed here for one night in December as I had a meeting locally. The location couldn't have been better, with the Hall for Cornwall and Cathedral within easy walking distance. Luckily I found it was late night shopping on the same day (Thursday) which meant there was lots of activity happening in the evening, street food stalls, Christmas market and...

We have stayed at Manning for a long weekend while visiting friends in Truro and found the hotel to be very good. The rooms are modern well appointed and the location right in the centre of the town is excellent. Truro offers a lot for those either touring Cornwall or staying in Truro which is a great little city. The...
