I had a great stay here. The Manager and staff were all wonderful, helped me enormously organising a taxi to an event and served up a great breakfast. My room (the one in the picture) was spotlessly clean and everything I needed for a couple of days stay. Thanks again.

Hot tap spurts randomly, mattress felt like a wire mesh with sheets over it, only 3 tiny pots of milk for two people, TV was crap by a company called Videocon :) loud music till late, low ceiling is dangerous for anyone of normal or above height and bed wasn't made properly.

Friendly welcome & shown to our room up several flights of stairs. Room was tiny, as was the bathroom with noisy sliding door. Bedding clean but landing & stairs carpet could do with a deep clean. We were only there for a night to attend a party so weren't too worried about the size especially as the room rate was...

I arrived at the hotel on Wednesday 13th May. The staff were very friendly and we received a warm welcome. We collected our key and were shown to our room. It was basic but very comfortable. All rooms are en suite and have a tv and tea and coffee facities. The staff are very helpful and the manager is called...

Can't really complain about the room for the price - £45 for 2 people for the night isn't bad for a room with a bed, TV and a bathroom - there were even 2 electric heaters in the room if we got cold. The top pillow on the bed didn't smell very clean but I swapped it with the bottom...

My partner and I was attending the Rugby League World Cup Opening Ceremony in Cardiff. We couldn't get anywhere to stay for a good price on short notice near to the stadium so this place was perfect!! It was a three minute walk to the train station which stopped in the heart of Cardiff so we got to do a...

We stayed here for convenience being walking distance to where we needed to be. It was basic and clean . The breakfast was very good and staff very friendly and welcoming.the position of the hotel is perfect for public transport ( bus stop outside hotel) and train 5 mins up the road . Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

“Room 5 is double but small, only two pillows, not much room for things, keep having to move everything or bang into it. Pretty quiet from the rumpus downstairs. Cold but a fan heater supplied. No hair drier. No shaving light. Room not serviced daily.”
