Beautiful accommodation in a lovely setting. Very clean and well equipped. Lloyd went out of his way to be helpful and it was much appreciated! Our little girl loved feeding the goats and running around the grounds. The hot tub was a very welcome addition! There were over 20 of us in total and it was an ideal location for...

I booked this break as a birthday surprise for my wife; on arrival we were greeted by the owner, Lloyd, who was very friendly and accommodating, and made us feel welcome from arrival to departure. I will also add my sincere gratitude to Lloyd, who was kind enough to liaise with me via email – whilst on holiday himself(!) –...

We booked into Holly Cottage for the Half Term holiday in May for a bit of R&R after finding it by chance on a holiday website. We drove down from Manchester and it was easy to find and the drive was a pleasure, passing through some beautiful scenery. Upon our arrival we met Lloyd who was friendly and extremely accommodating....

This was our second visit to the cottages and again we were nothing but delighted with the accommodation. The owners of the cottages are regularly around and nothing is too much of a bother. The setting is so peaceful and relaxing and only 30 minutes walk from Llanfair Caereinion where there are pubs and places to eat. We will certainly...

We have just stayed at Graig Farm cottages for a short mid-week break and have thoroughly enjoyed every moment. We originally booked to stay in The Rafters but got a call from the owner on the morning of our trip to say we had been given a complimentary upgrade to one of the apartments. The site is located in a...

Just come home from our short break here and it's one of the best self catering places we have stayed in, We stayed in 'Dovecot' and we instantly fell in love with it's look!. The cottage was very warm & homely. Lloyd was a very welcoming host who was only too happy to chat to us, he even showed the...

I visited Graig Farm Cottages during March 2013 for 3 nights. We stayed in 'Holly Cottage' whih was just lovely! The living room was upstairs in order to have a view of the hills all around. The cottage has two bedrooms (one double and one single), a kitchend, a large living room and a bathroom. Although a little cottage, all...

Thanks for your Kind Words. Yes March 2013 was a bit Snowy. It is not normally like that in this Part of the World. I think this is the first time we have been snowed in in 10 years. I am lucky to have my 4X4, it is quite handy at certain time during the year. See you again soon....

We had a 3 night stay in "The Rafters" cottage and were delighted with it. Clean and well equipped kitchen, comfortable double bedroom with bathroom right next door, cozy upstairs sitting room with lovely views over the countryside. We were greeted by the friendly owner and shown to our cottage where things like the central heating boiler were explained to...

Just had a 4 night break at Graig Farm in Holly Cottage. Very comfortable with stunning views! We really enjoyed it, there was something very calming about the place, and we were very chilled out - even our 2 year old! “The ensuite bedroom was a good choice. As, with it being an old property the walls are very thin, and you can hear everything. Hence, get the room that isn't directly over the lounge where the TV is on.”
