We stayed here as a family of four, with 2 teenagers as a special family ski holiday. we had stayed in Morzine before so knew what the town had to offer which is why we were returning. I had a slight reservation about the hotels location from the town centre but it is not really a problem. An easy 10 minute walk to the town square, about 5 minutes to the Super Morzine lift, the bus stop is right outside the hotel if you don't want to walk and the buses into town are very frequent. The hotel gave a friendly and efficient welcome, a young man helped us with our cases and showed us to our room. The room we had initially was fine but a little compact. we asked if there were any other rooms available as we had read about the refurbished rooms. We were offered a larger familiy room at the front of the hotel with 3 seperate rooms and a bathroom and seperate toilet and a balcony. It was an ideal set up having 2 teenagers. The evening meal in the restaurant was superb with a buffet style meal, a different choice every evening and food cooked to ordered by a couple of chefs who not only knew what they were doing but clearly enjoyed their job and provided perfectly cooked food. The desserts were an impressive display every evening. The wine on tap was surprisingly nice as was the beer.
A nice touch was that the christmas decorations were still up in mid January which kept that cosy Christmas feeling going. The bar area was a nice sociable area where you can sit and chat and have a drink. Breakfast was the usual continental fare with plenty of coffee and fruit, there are a couple of cool pancake machines which make pancakes on demand.
The indoor pool area is nice as is the super sized jacuzzi and steam room.
I would recommed this hotel to anyone and would definately stay here again.

Hidden Gem great value ,Wonderful food .
Hotel shuttle to Super Morzine and Pleney lifts runs a round trip all day long with a break at lunch time. (Every 10 mins)
Friendly staff nice atmosphere very relaxed
If you want to guarantee a really nice room then email them when you book and ask .You will need to pay a €100 supplement at the hotel for this but it’s worth every cent.
It’s very family oriented and we were there during half term so it was busy and there were lots of children in the pool .
We took a day off from skiing and had the pool complex totally to ourselves it was lovely
The hotel is situated on the edge of town and has its own grounds which extend to a wooded hill side There are deer that wonder down to the fence in the mornings.
I reserved a 5 rating because the ski room doesn’t have boot warmers and is rather dank and tired. If you want to keep your kit in a gym type locker then you can secure a small padlock from reception for a 10 euro deposit .
Best leave your skis in the locker and carry your boots up to your room so they are warm and dry each morning. Take some slip on’s as with most hotels it’s not permitted to ware ski boots in the hotel corridors as they trash the carpets. It’s just not polite to do so.
Great all round resort with huge amounts of skiing There can be lines for the lifts at peak times but that’s typical of France .
If there is a massive que at Super Morzine then stay on the shuttle and get off at Pleney which is only a short ride away.
The regular free town ski busses also run to the Prodains lift which takes you directly up to Avoriaz but it’s a longer journey in the bus so if you can’t get a seat I wouldn’t recommend it if your a senior.
At Super Morzine there is no piste into the village and so you must enter a gondola lift at the end of the day to descend back to the village ,don’t leave it to last minute as the que can be quite long.

The hotel is great, but is let down by breakfast. Please start doing eggs fresh - have a chef frying eggs freshly the way you cook the meat and fish in the evening. The sausages are awful, please have grilled bacon instead. Some baked beans and mushrooms would be a good vegetarian option. The white bread for toasting is also awful, please have brown bread for toasting. Please have brown sugar for coffee.
Puddings in the evening are too creamy, have the muffins at Breakfast available for dinner.
Please add allergen information especially to puddings and ice cream toppings

Stayed with group of friends on our annual ski trip. Previous reviews had mentioned that the rooms were small, not sure if we were lucky but three of our party rooms contained a double bed and a single in the entrance area. with seperate toilet and bathroom. Ours had a seperate bedroom with twin beds and reception area. Bathroom was great with a walk-in shower. Rooms were warm, with seperate heaters in all rooms(towel-rail in bathroom) and doors onto a shared patio area. Rooms were cleaned daily, bedding changed twice in the week and towels changed when required.
Food was great, good choice at breakfast, cereal, fruit, crossoints, Danish Pastries plus bacon and scrambled egg. Tea, coffee and juice from machines. Good choice at dinner, plenty of starters, too many choices to mention. Main course varied daily, with two chefs cooking fo order. Also good selection of desserts and variety of cheeses.
Now for the most important bit, we again where lucky with the snow, big dump the previous week and still snowing on our arrival. majority of pistes open, with good snow conditions, these began to deteriate toward end of week. but still fine. Hotel fair distance from the lifts, but free shuttle bus and ski-bus stop outside. We hired from Sport 2000 in front of hotel and equipment good standard.
All in all a great holiday, we would all return next year, but we like to experiance different resorts.

This really is a beautiful hotel, with stunning food and comfortable rooms. Me and my girlfriend stayed here from 5th feb 2022 for 7 nights. We booked through a ski travel company (Sunweb), and decided with half board, which included breakfast and evening meals. The food was excellent, with a pancake machine for breakfast (my fav), and extremely tasty food in the evenings! There was some form of entertainment evening night as lots of families had kids with them, and there are also 2 indoor swimming pools which are open until quite late. The shuttle service from the hotel into town/ski lifts was excellent, running every 10 minutes. When we booked through Sunweb it was stated the hotel was “virtually ski-in ski-out”, which turned out not to be the case, but as I said the transport was excellent with a free ski bus into town and to the lifts, and also the free hotel shuttle bus. The only downfall with this hotel is the speed of the wifi in the rooms, they do offer a paid service which is recommended for video calls and streaming, but when I tried to pay for this it did not take my money.

on a quiet location, with very good transport from the hotel to the ski-stations, we enjoyed the tasteful, daily surprisingly changing buffets and the friendly atmosphere. Rooms were clean and with sufficiently comfort. Price/value excellent!

I visited this location and hotel for the first tme with an organised Ski Jive group. The hotel is lovely, very spacious rooms, food great and the staff were extremely pleasant and accommodating. If you are skiing, the ski bus stops right outside the hotel and is a 5 minute ride to the bottom of the main gondala lift.
Would definetly return.

Absolutely awesome hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, fantastic selection of food at every meal time, bedrooms are very well appointed, comfortable beds, lovely bathrooms, lots of hanging space and shelves for clothes storage. The pool is great too. I would strongly recommend this hotel for any age demographic. It is located within 5 minutes of the Morzine or Avoriaz lifts if you use the free bus service that has a stop right outside the front of the hotel that operates every 15 minutes. Or it only takes 10 minutes to walk the the centre of Morzine.

We booked via Sunweb (subject to another review) at a reasonable price, and was pleasantly surprised at the size of the rooms, the wellness and bar facilities, and the breakfast and dinner arrangements which included unlimited wine and beer with the evening meal.
The staff were helpful, the food was generally good, and there's a theatre on site which hosted a range of entertainments including an excellent new year's eve party.
The hotel is located about half a mile from the Super Morzine lift and central bars area (so prepare for a bit of a trek), but they do run a shuttle up to the lifts at peak times.
We enjoyed our stay as an older family group however the hotel also seemed to be enjoyed by everyone - young families, groups and couples alike.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we felt welcomed.
The Hotel had a very relaxed atmosphere, with numerous staff available to help and guide us through our stay.
We stayed half board and feasted twice daily in their restaurant area, with a massive choice of breakfast options and a mind blowing vast mix of hot & cold options each evening was a huge plus as one of our family party was a vegetarian.
Our children spent most afternoons after skiing using both the two indoor swimming pools as we made use of the steam room & jacuzzi.
The family room we had was typically small (and as I had anticipated for this sort of trip). The room was clean and well maintained throughout our stay with towels replenish as and when we required.
One stand out perk of this Hotel was it had its own shuttle, which ran throughout the day straight into Morzine.
Despite Morzine town centre being walkable (in a little under 10 mins) having the convenience of being able to leave the boot room with all our ski equipment and put it straight onto the minibus was a luxury!
In addition to this the Hotel has a ski rental shop run by SPORT 2000 on its forecourt which made life so simple when we did ski fit and on day two I needed to switch my boots & have my ski bindings altered.

I’m so sorry I only just going your question but no, you can’t really ski straight out the door to a slope - it is up the street about 1/4 mile - I guess if there was heavy snow you could ski along the road though. Hope this helps.
Hello,
We are situated at 600 meters far from the 1st ski lift (super Morzine) to go to Avoriaz and 800 meters from the pleney lift (to go to les Gets).
Regards,
Alexandre
