Since its creation in 1961 in their house, the small boarding house of Solange and Claude has come a long way! In 60 years, the recipe has not changed: smiles, encounters and above all... good times. If the requirement and the quality are obviously in order, the simplicity and the user-friendliness are just as much. With family, friends or as a couple, in a double room or a family suite, we are sure that you will find what you are looking for at Le Névé. 43-inch TV, courtesy tray, balcony, minibar, safe, fiber internet...everything will be fine, like the tartiflette of our Bertine restaurant open in the evening. Games room for the little ones, cinema projection room, billiards, table football, arcade machine...to delight young and old, all in a hotel completely renovated in 2022.

A luxury boutique hotel, definitely more than 3 stars. The décor is stunning, bedrooms large & comfortable ( best beds ever!), pool & spa area to rival 5 star accommodation. Clean, peaceful & beautiful. The staff are warm, welcoming and discreet. They looked after us, moved our bags to the room, provided things we needed for the children and we were able to purchase our lift passes here at a discount without having to queue at the lifts. Gorgeous dining room, lovely food and plenty of choice at breakfast. The boot room is outside and is immaculate like the rest of the hotel. It really was such a treat to stay there. 150/10!!

We stayed over new year as a family of 4 in 2 rooms, on a B&B rate.
The hotel has been fully refurbished in the last couple of years, so everything is new and modern from the pool/ spa area to the bedrooms to the restaurant and lounge/ bar area.
The rooms are well appointed, if a touch on the small side, but for the amount of time we spent in them more than adequate and great value for money. Breakfast comprises all the key essentials and topped up regularly throughout service. The restaurant provides a good selection on french bistro dishes and was a perfect base for a couple of nights.
Aside from the spa/ pool, Neve has great facilities for teens including pool table, table football, cinema room and a fab arcade machine.
The hotel is about 5 - 10 minutes walk from the Super Morzine bubble lift up to the slopes and the centre of Morzine, and the free bus which runs every 20 - 30 mins stops right outside the hotel.

Had a really enjoyable and relaxed stay at this hotel which has been very recently renovated. As a couple, we were allocated a family room which gave us loads of extra space so I can't comment on the size of a standard double. I believe the hotel is family run and this was apparent in the warm atmosphere. Breakfast options were good and dinner menu fairly extensive with a good choice including traditional Alpine offerings e.g. fondue etc. Two points worthy of extra mention were the shower, could have stood under there all day and the staff. The restaurant staff in particular were very warm, friendly and attentive and they really did add to the enjoyment of our holiday. Would recommend to others without hesitation.

This once old fashioned building has been tastefuly updated . We were lucky to get a two bight stay for a short ski break. Location is at least 9/10. Walking to lifts and Bar service centre is easy AND there are navette stops in either direction at the front door. Uniformed staff seem to always be at hand , Bar layout and furnishings is modern chic. Breakfast buffet is formidable and regularly replenished. There is a real swimming pool Sauna, Steam Room and hot tub. Car parking seems ample.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Neve. It is a family owned hotel which has recently been refurbished.
The common areas were lovely with a log fire in the bar area every evening.
The spa facilities were very welcome after a day on the slopes, there is a pool along with sauna/ steam room/ outdoor jacuzzi, and the lift takes you straight down to the spa so no need to walk through reception in a dressing gown!
Our room was fantastic, very spacious, comfy bed, powerful shower, and lovely balcony with views over morzine and one of the main lifts.
The breakfast was amazing! Everything you could want before a day of skiing (continental, cooked, and lots of homemade cakes!) The breakfast team did a great job of ensuring everything was topped up at the buffet.
The location is handy for the main lifts and the town centre (around a 10 minute walk), and there’s a supermarket over the road.
We didn’t store our boots and skis at the hotel (and instead stored them at the rental shop next to the main lift) so unsure of storage facilities. If you were to do the walk in ski boots there’s a bus stop right outside the hotel door which takes you to the town.
Lastly all of the staff were so friendly. We had an early check out and they very kindly left us a take away breakfast for our transfer down to the airport.

Fabulous family run hotel in Morzine, short walk to the Le Pleney lift. We visited in the summer but there is a bus stop directly outside and this would be a great location in the winter also.
The hotel feels brand new, rooms were huge and the room had a massive shower. There was a lovely balcony overlooking the courtyard are next to the bar. We had windows open in the evening and did not notice any noise. Room was spotlessly clean, all the communal areas were beautifully kept and the bar did great cocktails. Service was always fabulous and friendly from all the staff. There is a beautiful pool, hot tub and area for sunbathing, and an amazing wellness area with a small gym, a sauna and a steam room. we were driving and there was plenty of good car park spaces. Morzine summer card was included in the room.
Would absolutely stay here again, it was outstanding, a very warm and welcoming family run hotel where the service was exceptional.

Booked hotel with a friend for a last minute ski trip. From the warm welcome we received on arrival until we left this was a great experience. Recently refurbished, lovely sauna/steam room, I didn’t use the pool. The bar area/reception works well. The food, we were half-board was great. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Hoping to go back next year with my family. The hotel is well positioned about 5min walk along the road (flat) to the main lift up to Avoriaz or the ‘little train’ to take you over to the Morzine side. Used the ski hire boot room so didn’t even need to carry our skis for this walk. Would highly recommend this hotel

We stayed at Neve whilst completing on our chalet purchase in Morzine. As soon as you walk through the door you get a feeling that this is a warm, friendly and high quality place to stay. We were given a 2nd floor room and it was clean, well designed and well equipped (albeit small but that’s usual for french alpine resorts. The staff were very helpful and polite and you can tell this is a family run business which cares about its customers. Nothing was too much trouble. Restaurant food was good quality and the bar area was snug. There is a games/cinema room in the basement which my son loved and spa facilities which looked really good. I’m trying to think of something bad to say but struggling. Loved it and will definitely go back!

Amazing stay! We stayed for a longer weekend Friday - Monday, the staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. One member of staff even offered to give us a lift when we realised we couldn't get a taxi. The hotel is immaculate the facilities are amazing - warm pool, great steam and sauna room. The games room was is fab with air hockey, table football and even an old arcade game street fighter. The breakfast was great and the cocktails are delicious. The only negative I have is the coffee machine - only one at breakfast so always a queue and it makes awful coffee!! We will be back next year for sure.

Hotel Neve is a gem. Not only are the decor and facilities superb, but the hotel is kept immaculately. The service and staff exceeded expectations at the price point and I would describe the experience as exceptional value for money. We will be returning and would highly recommend.
