Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Second visit to this exceptional hotel in Morzine, I don't think we will ever stay anywhere else now when we come to town.

I simply cannot recommend enough, lovely and Alpine cosy, lovely bedrooms with comfy beds in a quiet location so a good night sleep is guaranteed, exceptional and I do mean exceptional food and then the most amazing aspect of all, simply the best hosts with superb support staff that you could ever want to look after you on holiday.

Just brilliant from start to finish and we will be returning again next year!

Got a recommend to stay here and booked for 6 nights sharing. Great welcome, homely feel, comfortable rooms, top shower, good food and location with an overriding feeling of nothing is really too much trouble when it comes to helping guests.

Lots of good recommends and advice on ski hire, restaurants, transport and points of interest. Will be back in Morzine soon and will be back at Fleur des Neiges if there’s availability as this place is popular for good reason.

This was the 3rd or 4th time we'd stayed at FdN and every time we have enjoyed more as we become more familiar with everyone, the facilities, food and friendships. This trip was more than a little marred by the unfortunate accident on the slopes as a result of which Emma, my wife, spent Christmas in Hopitaux Du Leman with a broken leg put back together by a couple of plates and a few pins. Nevertheless our daughter, Grace and son, Tom continued to ski and we three had a wonderful Christmas Eve meal in the hotel. After the accident Delphine, David and Loise could not have been more helpful, generous or supportive of the three of us who remained. FdN has great accommodation, atmosphere and amenities - close to the village centre and ski lifts you will enjoy the welcome and your stay.

This was our third visit to Hotel Fleur des Neiges. We received a great welcome from Delphine, David and Louise. They work really hard to make you feel at home and nothing is too much trouble. The hotel has everything we need for a great holiday.
The rooms are comfortable and the public areas very welcoming. The outdoor heated swimming pool and the sauna is very welcome after a full days skiing.
It's great to have a lift to the slopes every morning and being able to buy ski passes at the hotel saves queuing at the ticket office. The food and drink is top quality and probably superior to most restaurants in Morzine.

We've skied in Morzine for over 20 years and stayed in other hotels, chalet's and apartments. One word sums up Hotel Fleurs des Neiges - "Excellent".

Came here for a short ski break on half board. Everything was perfect, from the excellent communication and friendly welcome, cosy lounge with complimentary afternoon cake and free minibus to the ski lifts, to the excellent evening meals.

Rooms small but plenty big enough with lots of storage, powerful shower and views of the mountains.

Family run for 4 generations and it shows. Nothing was too much trouble and the free shuttle to the lifts easily mitigated the position which was a bit far to walk in ski boots. It felt like a home from home.

This was a perfect place for a quiet ski break and we’ll be back again next year. Good value for money too.

After booking on the 2nd October 2021 for a trip booked for 12th February 2022 I received an email on 19th January 2022 saying my booking had been cancelled giving no reason for the cancellation. I had booked ski hire from the closest hire shop to this hotel and booked airport transfers to drop me off at this hotel. Had to book another hotel which is nowhere near the ski hire shop and will most likely have to walk or get a taxi after being dropped off from the airport transfer. Should not be allowed to cancel bookings and leave people in the lurch after they’ve based their whole holiday around the hotel.

Response from Fleur des Neiges Morzine, Service clients/Réception at Chalet Hotel Fleur des Neiges
Responded 31 Jan 2022
Hello, We are sorry about your bad experience However, we never cancelled a booking with no reason or without helping with a solution, especially on these dates We double checked all emails and didn't find a trace of a cancellation Maybe it was in a different hotel or resort? If you booked on booking.com and chose to pay fully through them it's possible there was a problem with the payment on the due date, not in our control either, we have never been contacted We hope you found a nice alternative

This was our second time to this hotel and once again we had a brilliant stay. We had had to postpone our trip due to a family bereavement and Louise was so helpful during a difficult time. The hotel is spotless and in a great location between the two main lifts. We love having a drink in the bar before dinner and always stay half board as the food is exceptional. Louise and family made us feel completely at home and nothing was ever too much trouble. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and look forward to returning next year!

This hotel is like something from a storybook. It is so pretty, so atmospheric, and so utterly charming.

We loved absolutely everything, from the gingham and firelight in the bar, to the outdoor heated pool (swimming in starlight surrounded by snowy mountains is a magical experience) and the smile on the chef's face as he brought out the Buche de Noel on Christmas Eve to rapturous applause from all the guests.

The food is really excellent ( and you can squeeze your own fresh orange juice at breakfast!). The chef very kindly catered, very well, for my vegan daughter.

If you yearn for gold taps, pillow menus and marble bathrooms this lovely hotel won't be for you. If you love charm and atmosphere you will count yourself lucky to stay here.

I didn't want to write a review as it is too lovely to share- but it's too mean not to give well deserved praise. Thank you to the lovely family who run the hotel, and all the staff.

Stayed for 4 nights and had such a friendly welcome from the second we arrived! The hotel is family owned/ran and has been in the family for generations!

Rooms were cosy and clean with a chalet feel, warm pool outside, sauna and fireplace to warm up by in the evenings. If you come for skiing the family kindly drop or collect you from lifts and cakes made by the families Grandma wait for you on the bar when you come in!

Multiple choices for breakfast in the morning, hot eggs and bacon or fruit/yogurt, bread, cereal. Bar is open in the evening with every drink you could fancy!

Thank you so much for making us feel so at home, special thanks to Louise and Paul for being so kind! We hope to see you all again x

Wow! Our first visit to Morzine and we chose to stay at Fleur Des Neiges hotel. The hotel is a 6 minute walk to super morzine lift, and 8 mins to Pleney. (The hotel does offer lifts to Pleney lift if required, however we just walked). Brilliant location with a supermarket just next door for those forgotten essentials.
Louise was absolutely wonderful, a great host and always ensuring we had the best stay. The breakfast offered a great variety of choice (including oat milk and GF options!). We enjoyed a lovely drink in the bar one evening where the hosts Grandma had made some fresh lemon cake - delicious! Thankyou!
The room was perfectly sized as we spent our days skiing and our nights sleeping, and the view from the balcony was incredible!
The outdoor pool (heated!) was a great way to relax after a days skiing, and there was a sauna however we didn't use this.
Thankyou to Louise and family for our wonderful stay - we will be back!
