Even before staying I had a good feeling for this place, really good communication after the booking with lots of information that made our trip a lot easier. This place is just amazing, the views from our room were breathtaking, staff are very welcoming, attentive and fun! Getting a complimentary beer on arrival make a difference after a long trip...

Inferno is based at the top of the Nyon lift and offers the chance to ski in and ski out. This is great but can leave you feeling a little isolated from the rest of the town. The staff were great and made for a really friendly atmosphere. Rooms were basic, but comfortable and did exactly what was required. Good...

We visited out of season (October). The people were really friendly and upbeat. The location is a little out of town but perfect for during the ski season as on the slopes, and nice for out of season as hillside is lovely location. I guess my wife and I are not target customers during the ski season (we're in our...

The incredibly helpful reservation process by Lorna and Hannah was matched by the Infernos fab team of Dan, Amy and Annas totally amazing service, great local knowledge combined with countless free taxi rides, fun times in the bar and on the terrace with awesome views and the best home cooked food. Any small issue was efficiently dealt with seamlessly. This...

Inferno is a crazy, up for it, fun loving and friendly place to spend time on the slopes. Perched above Morzine access is via Nyon cable car or if you arrive after the lifts are shut an excitement filled skidoo ride up the mountain in the dark. Accommodation is good with most rooms having two bunks so ideal for groups....

I have stayed in Morzine and Les gets for any years and usually stay in the town. I came across this place by chance really. I was a bit apprehensive as I have never stayed on the mountain before and was unsure if I would like it or not. But then when I stay in a chalet I rarely go...

We arrived in the evening so had to get a skidoo to collect us and take us to the chalet which was good fun! When we arrived we went to the bar and all the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean - basic but no complaints from us. There was a sink and shower in both...

So I called and spoke with someone over the phone to check and make sure the accommodation was child friendly, and I was assured that it definitely was- this was not true! I know you have no control over over how guest behave or speak but the staff (a bunch of 22-24 year olds) were foul mouthed, clearly in relationships...

From arriving last Tuesday on the 2nd to leaving this morning the 9th,all the staff could not have done more for me. The most helpful and friendly people you could meet anywhere.I am not a skiier or snowboarder as I am disabled (strange place for me to have a holiday?) but was never left out of anything thanks to the...

You can hear it from the slopes and are drawn to the black double decker bus housing the DJ. Warm welcome, lovely staff and the burgers were terrific (and not overpriced). Cool tunes too. Oh and we loved the handsome friendly house dogs! It's also a good spot to dry out in front of the large open fire too.
