The rooms were some of the biggest we have ever stayed in at a ski resort. The bathrooms were slightly dated but very clean and had a separate loo which is very handy. The location is ideal as you are within easy reach of Pleney and Super Morzine lifts.
Overall we couldn't fault the hotel, Annick was so friendly and helpful.
Great location for both ski lifts to ski either Morzine or Avoriaz. I found the hotel to be central to the village so nothing was far to walk. The room we had was lovely, it was furnished nicely, modern bathroom, warm, quiet with great views.
We used 'Pleney' ski hire for our equipment rental. Nephew of the hotel owner. Shop is opposite main gondola so you can leave equipment there overnight. Good prices and no problem changing boots etc. We also did Parapenting (hang-gliding) on the last afternoon. Albert at ActionSports (opposite ESF office) charges €75 pp - fantastic experience for the kids.
Must say a word about Morzine. We were there in half term. It's a great resort for children. Highly recommended for families. Huge ski area if adults want to go further afield. Restaurants reasonably priced but you MUST book - especially on a Friday evening!
