Stayed here for 4 nights in February. The hotel is nice and clean, staff are nice and friendly, the location isn’t too bad and it’s a 5 minute walk to the lifts. The rooms are dated and quite small, there was no shower head holder so showering was a little challenging. The rooms were cleaned and made up every day and the beds were small and comfortable. The breakfast was ok, you pick what you want from the menu and they make it for you, portions were small and I would probably feed my 2 year old a bigger meal. The pool was cold, definitely not 26 degrees, they said that our bodies are hot from being on the slopes so it feels cold, but there’s no way that’s the case, it was freezing.
Not sure if I’d stay here again, it was small and we had no where to relax, I think I’d rather pay a bit more and stay somewhere a bit more upmarket. Can’t fault the staff though, they was all lovely

We stayed here as a party of 8 adults over new year for four days. The food was really good and the hotel rooms were clean. Two minor points were that we didn’t have a stand up shower (I didn’t mind not having one but this is something to be aware of if you like showers) and secondly there isn’t the normal coffee/cake available post skiing! These are not complaints as everything was really good, they’re just two things that are different to other hotels I’ve stayed in. Would definitely go back. Friendly, clean and excellent food in a decent location. Recommended.

Good location near town centre and bus stops.
Nice breakfast and evening meals.
Swimming pool too cold to be comfortable in winter which is unfortunate as this was one of reasons for booking. They said it was 26 degrees but have my doubts.
Rooms basic but comfortable although the cupboard was useless for seeing what was in it as round the corner in room with no lighting in this part of room.
Boor room for skis inadequate as mot heated in anyy way so hopeless if boots wet.
Very untidy when walking through to boot room from outside.
When reading previous reviews regarding pool, same answer from hotel of its 26 degrees so in other words, tough.

Authentic hotel, very well maintained, a friendly atmosphere and very conducive to discussion with the owners and customers. Many details show particular attention to customers.
Delighted to have stayed a few days in this establishment which I recommend to all travelers looking for a pleasant guesthouse as we like them.

We had the most amazing stay at the hotel.

The hotel is family run, everyone was welcoming and friendly from the moment we arrived. The rooms are functional, beds comfortable and everywhere very clean. The food (breakfast & dinner) was exceptional and we ate like kings, it was so tasty and lots of it for my three hungry boys.

It is just a shorty walk to town, shops, bars and all ski lifts.

I would recommend this hotel, we would definitely go back.

This is a lovely family run hotel in a great central location. Staff were extremely helpful eg helped arrange a massage. The food was excellent with a good choice at breakfast. It’s not the most modern hotel but it was very clean and the beds were very comfy. Really good value compared to other Morzine hotels.

This has got to be the noisiest hotel we have ever stayed in - EVER! You could hear every cough and splutter the poeple upstairs or next to you made. Even bowels movements were known.

They allow dogs which means constant barking. We had a dog located above us and on new years day it barked for 3 hours solid! After complaining to the hotel and asking for a room change they said there was nothing they could do? This made our whole stay very uncomfortable and not relaxing in any way.

You can hear every person walking up and down the stairs.

The doors all need oiled as everyone squeeked as they were opened.

Obviously the reason you are in morzine is to ski but if you want a good nights sleep after a busy day on the slopes- do not stay here!

Location - great. Only a short walk to the town and ski lift.

Rooms- clean on arrival. However we did not get our towells changed on our 1 week stay and the only chamber service was the bed being made. No cleaning of the bathroom etc was done over the week.

The only advantage is that the rooms were very warm.

Reception- there was never anyone at reception to great you. The telelphone would often be ringing for what seemed like hours on end.

And we sked to use the pool and were told it was not heated up ready for use??

Overall. Poor.

Lovely little hotel incredible close to the slopes and main lift of Le Pleney. It's a 10 minute walk, not so nice in ski boots but it could be a lot worse. Very close to the shops and bars too.

Beer is four and a half Euros a pint (which is happy hour prices everywhere else), breakfast is simple but enough to get you going and the staff are pretty cool.

I'd stay again and recommend to other budget travellers.

Very nice family run hotel, staff are friendly and spoke good English. They advised on nice restaurants. The room was fine, basic and clean. I was a little cold and asked for an extra blanket, as there was a draft from the doors to the patio. Lovely views from the balcony and great to have an outdoor space off your room. I'd recommend the location, it was excellent and convenient to the town centre, only a 5 minute walk. The breakfast is basic, good yoghurt, fruit salad with pastries, bread and coffee but no hot food or eggs etc. Maybe a little overpriced at 10eur per breakfast. The bedroom doors could do with some upgrading as there was some noise from banging doors in the corridor as guests came in and out. There was plenty of hot water for showers/baths. Overall I would stay there again.
