We stayed at Chalet Eterle from 13/08/11 until 20/08/11 and had a great time. The food and wine was wonderful and very plentiful. 3 members of our party were mountain bikers and were very well looked after with a large wooden cabin used to store all bikes and equipment. The chalet itself is of the traditional style and was more...

I honestly couldn't think of a friendlier, nicer place to stay! This is my second visit to Chalet Eterle, my first time was in the winter season for snowboarding and now again in the summer. Both times the accommodation and hospitality have been excellent, Jonny and Gill really looked after us right from the start. The chalet is lovely, clean...

Stayed here for a stag do in June, and can't speak highly enough about the place. So where to start. Location was good and was picked up from the airport so didn't need to mess around with organising transfers. Chalet itself was really nice, spacious rooms and large kitchen and communal areas with lounge and TV, and a Hot Tub....

Made to feel completely at home. Hot tub was great after 6+ hours up the mountains. Good home cooking . Ideal either for a group of walkers or bikers travelling togther, or for ones and twos who enjoy making friends and just getting on with people.

Having stayed at Riders Refuge last year, we returned with high expectations; these were promptly exceeded. Another brilliant holiday; Riders Refuge just goes from strength to strength. Our hosts this year were Alison & Steve who were brilliant. The hosting, food and ambience were fantastic. We had a couple of minor dramas, during our trip (one medical, the other automotive)....

Stayed at Chalet Eterle with a group of friends. 5 days of intense mountain biking plus we also did the Passportes du Soleil. The biking was great and so was the chalet. Really friendly and helpful staff, excellent food. Highly recommended.

We were picked up promptly from the airport by Jono and taken to our chalet. From the moment we landed at Chalet Eterle we were just spolied by our hosts, Steve and Alison. We have been on a few ski trips around the world and this was by far the best! Nothing was a problem, and Steve and Alison really...
