Detailed Reviews
Had a great few days here at Chalet Guytaune. The team are very friendly and welcoming. You can relax and enjoy the hot tub and sauna while everything is taken care of. Boots and Skis all sorted at the Chalet as was our lift pass. Food was excellent, chef Stuart takes great pride in his work. Relax by the log fire and help yourself to the honesty bar. Paulo makes a mean Gin and Tonic. Holly and Camilla were super helpful as well. All in all a top place, hopefully back next year.

Fabulous, cozy and stylish chalet with amazing views from the hot tub. The hosts , Camilla, Holly and Paulo couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful. Chef Stuart's creations were second to none, outstanding services, outstanding food and such a friendly, hard working young man too. . Can’t wait to return.

We had an amazing time at Chalet Guytuane. The staff couldn't do enough for us. Stuart, the chef, was amazing with every meal better than the next. The accommodation was clean and comfortable with the shuttle bus being very convenient in the morning. Will definitely go back next year!

We had a wonderful week staying at Chalet Guytaune. Staff were great, hugely helpful at every opportunity, warm and friendly. Chalet was clean, cosy and beautifully decorated. Rooms were spacious. Food was out of this world! The chef is amazingly talented. Despite 2 days off the slopes due to injury and rain, we had a super holiday - thank you Camilla, Paulo & Stu!

Fabulous new year stay at Chalet Guytaune. The chalet and our rooms were absolutely beautiful and the food was amazing, especially the 6 course New Years Eve Dinner. The chef Stuart and chalet hosts Camilla and Paulo took care of our every need!

From start to finish, the chalet and fabulous hosts Ashleigh, Chris and Katy were faultless. What a warm welcome (literally, the fire made it so toasty!), they were genuine, fun and friendly. We hopped straight into the hot tub with a glass of fizz and talked about how we'd picked such a cracking chalet!
The food surpassed my expectations, it was restaurant standard for breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner, truly 5* and the service from our hosts was almost embarrassingly good, they never let our glasses go empty!
It was really great to have a lift to the ski lifts on a morning and lift back at the end of the day, they even brought the skiers in our group their après shoes so they didn't have to struggle in horrible ski boots down the steps to the bars! For a mainly boarding party, we found that very considerate!!
Can't wait for next year :D thanks again guys, Sadie xxxx

We have just returned from the most amazing and unforgettable week at Chalet Guytaune in Morzine. Upon arrival at the chalet we were greeted by a charismatic Frenchman and a wonderfully warm hearted Australian Lady, (Cookie and Lou). The chalet is well located just out of town, spotlessly clean and beautifully charming. Later that afternoon arrived the third Chalet host, Meece (An enthusiastic lovely Australian girl). As well as preparing and serving some great aperitifs from the bar and serving gorgeous hors d'oeuvres each night, Meece helped Cookie and Lou to form the BEST chalet team we have ever had the pleasure to stay with. One of the highlights of the holiday was Cookie's amazing culinary creations. A formidable chef, he created amazing food for the kids, but when it came to adult meal time we were blown away by the creativity and quality of the food. It felt like eating in a Michelin starred restaurant each night, but where the chef looks after you personally. After a little gentle persuasion Cookie has already shared a few of his amazing recipe's with us.
Along with Stu (another member of the Ride & Slide team) we were taken and collected each day from the chalet to the slopes, and anywhere else if they had the time. As well as great snow, beautiful blue skies (which i'm pretty sure they also organised) we had a wonderful ski holiday with our children. We have not only had a great holiday, but made some new friends. It is with some trepidation that I leave this review, as I fear that due to this winning formula, I may never be able to find availability here in the future. Thanks to the Ride & Slide Team!

This place is superb, helped mainly by he dedicated and friendly input of the hosts, the superb accomodation which is picture perfect, hot tub with a view of the mountains and a sauna as well, comfy lounge area, an honesty bar, secure storage for bikes, internet, 5-10 minutes walk from lifts and shops, don't bother with the restauraunts the food here is much better. Can not fault it on any level will definately be back!!!! :-) Would be great for couples and groups/families, a beautiful corner of the world to get lost in.
Hosts arranged airpoprt transfers for about 50 Euroes all in both ways from Geneva, excellent service including transport for all the bike bags we had with us.
Thanks for a great trip. Kevin from England

Just got back from an amazing week at chalet guytaune, everything from start to finish was to the highest standard. Cookie, lou and Lucy where absolutely fantastic hosts. Cookies food from breakfast, afternoon tea, canapés and dinner is absolutely fantastic! Each dinner was paired with 2 great wines, which where explained in detail by Lou and Lucy. Everything was taken care of which made the trip more relaxing, lift passes, airport transfers and ski hire. Thanks for an amazing week! You all made me feel at home.
