Adorable, charming place to stay in Souillac, across from the old Church and in a courtyard. Great find for a stay. The rooms are so nice, clean and just a great place to stay when in the area. You will love it. The owners are so pleased to have you stay in their piece of heaven, and the breakfast is...

Wonderful old hotel with ancient central staircase, across the square from the medieval church. Our room was beautifully decorated, quiet, and perfectly clean. The bed could have been a bit more comfortable- one side more used than the other. Breakfast was fantastic - generous buffet of cheeses, yogurt, fruit, pastries and breads, and served in the old cellar which is...

Souillac was a touch disappointing on a cold, damp December Monday evening. Virtually all bars and restaurants were closed. I had expected it to be bustling in the run up to Christmas. Clearly, not so. However, this B & B hotel came up to scratch. Quaint, ancient building - neatly transformed into modern, comfortable rooms - good beds, hot water...

I would rate Le Pavillon St. Martin excellent because of the charmingly restored building , a great location near the church, and two excellent hosts, Erick and Veronique. All of this at a reasonable price. We selected Souillac because of its central location for day trips to the various villages in the Dordogne, Lot and the Midi-Pyrenees. We purposely and...

I found this hotel by accident, driving for business from Genoa to Toulouse and then on to London. Tired from the road I stopped here and all I can say is what a find! It is a place full of charm, set in a beautiful little square (with a fantastic little bistro opposite) the staff are very friendly and the...

This hotel is situated in a charming little French village. We stayed there because we wanted to visit the Caves around the area and made a few day trips. It takes a car to stay here as there is no direct train service but the countryside is so beautiful. We walked around the little town a lot, which had many...

This is a small hotel in the centre of Souillac, in a delightful picturesque square with the very rustic tower of the Salle St Martin opposite, so right away you feel you have arrived somewhere beautiful & historic. Our room, up a fine old stone staircase, was large, clean, well appointed and unarguably French, the decor being fabric wall coverings,...

Not often, but sometimes, everything that you hope for comes together in a single experience. This small hotel has a charm and a warmth that makes you feel that this is the best place you could be at that moment. It faces a small, quiet square opposite the ruins of an ancient church tower, and as you look down on...

A lovely little hotel in the historic town of Souillac. We received a very warm welcome from Veronique who spoke excellent English. Our room was furnished in a "shabby-chic" style - very clean and comfortable. The view from our window was just stunning - a medieval church tower overlooking a picturesque square. The facilities in the room were good -...

What a delight ! A superb Hotel, in the heart of the historic part of Souillac. At 500 years old, this really is a historical stay. Loved the breakfast room, great food and perfect surroundings. Veronic and the breakfast lady were lovely, and one day Veronic dressed to complement the decor too ! (Orange and white) she looked lovely. thanks...
