This is my second stay at this simply wonderful establishment. Quaint from the outside, luxurious inside. Meticulously refurbished, the rooms are faultless. And then there is the restaurant. Two words: absolutely amazing. Food, wine, service and ambience all absolutely perfect. The chef is a genius. This is a great base for exploring Champagne, where you can round off the day...

We stayed here with a group of friends. The hotel upgraded to the higher category rooms. We travel a lot around the world. The rooms were one of the best I have seen by far !!! Extremely classy... Very modern.... Very very comfortable beds. I can just go on and on about how perfect everything was..... Never had a more...

The drive to the hotel is a little off putting, but don't be put off. Once inside the grounds everything is fantastic. Beautiful old building on the outside but very modern on the inside. All the staff were extremely professional and helpful. Standard rooms had everything you needed for the stay plus extras like robes and slippers. As we had...

Hotel set in outskirts of Reims in a built up area but is nevertheless quiet. Welcome was very good and we had been upgraded to a suite. This was very spacious and well maintained and would appeal to those who like modern design in preference to traditional. It has been upgraded since our last visit a few years ago. Unfortunately...

We first visited here in 2013, and were so pleasantly surprised with both the hotel and the dinner. This year, at an offseason time, we specially decided to start our trip with a visit (and meal) again. The staff-everyone-is playful, nice, courteous and professional, all at the same time. Yes, it's a high-end property for both hotel and restaurant, but...

We had a suite on the 4th floor which was lovely & very large with the most comfortable bed ever! However we really missed some Tea & coffee making facilities & also found it really strange to have a toilet nowhere near the bathroom with no sink! Breakfast was lovely & our waitress both friendly & helpful (wonderful omelettes) The...

Insufficient service at the reception, small rooms for extremelly high prices, mini bar is missing the common offer, no hair dryer in the bathroom and the shampoo (some inferior product) caused me the dermal problem.

I love this hotel. Service is fabulous. The rooms are amazing. Comfortable luxury. Extremely welcoming and helpful to non-French speakers. Nothing is too much trouble. Amazing restaurant. Definitely eat here if you stay & the Kir Royale is the best I've ever had :)

The hotel is an easy 20 minute walk from Reims and although on the main road out of town is in a reasonably quiet location. A 25 minute walk in the opposite direction is the large Carrefour hypermarche with a small selection of shops. Decor in the hotel is new and modern, and with only 30ish bedrooms it never feels...

My wife and I booked one night at the hotel and also made a reservation at the restaurant (see separate review for restaurant) at L'Assiette Champenoise. The staff at the reception was friendly and guided us to our room. The room was large but had a terrible smell. We aired the room and went for dinner. When we returned to...
