The property was amazing. The staff could not have been more accommodating or friendly. The setting was intimate and extremely relaxing. If we are ever in the region again we won't think to stay anywhere else.

Wow, what a change since we last visited! From what was a pretty basic and functional hotel, it is now very luxurious. The rooms are smart and modern in decoration. The champagne on ice in the room on arrival, which is part of the normal deal, was a great touch, and very welcome to drink. There are a selection of...

This hotel is part of Relais & Chateaux and it lived up to the reputation. The hotel furnished in a contemporary flavor is beautiful and well maintained. The room was spacious and well equipped. The staff was friendly and helpful particularly helping us with reservations at Champaign Houses and a restaurant. Unfortunately the restaurant in the hotel, which has an...

This was our third visit to this hotel since 1994 and it has undergone a major renovation since last time around and is now an interesting blend of classic and contemporary. Tinqueux is conveniently located a 1.5hr drive from CDG airport and is more or less the gateway to Champagne. Superb friendly and professional service at the hotel and it...

This is my second stay at this simply wonderful establishment. Quaint from the outside, luxurious inside. Meticulously refurbished, the rooms are faultless. And then there is the restaurant. Two words: absolutely amazing. Food, wine, service and ambience all absolutely perfect. The chef is a genius. This is a great base for exploring Champagne, where you can round off the day...

The drive to the hotel is a little off putting, but don't be put off. Once inside the grounds everything is fantastic. Beautiful old building on the outside but very modern on the inside. All the staff were extremely professional and helpful. Standard rooms had everything you needed for the stay plus extras like robes and slippers. As we had...

Hotel set in outskirts of Reims in a built up area but is nevertheless quiet. Welcome was very good and we had been upgraded to a suite. This was very spacious and well maintained and would appeal to those who like modern design in preference to traditional. It has been upgraded since our last visit a few years ago. Unfortunately...

We first visited here in 2013, and were so pleasantly surprised with both the hotel and the dinner. This year, at an offseason time, we specially decided to start our trip with a visit (and meal) again. The staff-everyone-is playful, nice, courteous and professional, all at the same time. Yes, it's a high-end property for both hotel and restaurant, but...

We had a suite on the 4th floor which was lovely & very large with the most comfortable bed ever! However we really missed some Tea & coffee making facilities & also found it really strange to have a toilet nowhere near the bathroom with no sink! Breakfast was lovely & our waitress both friendly & helpful (wonderful omelettes) The...
