We had a wonderful holiday staying at High Keenley. Our two rooms were really clean and comfortable - and nice and warm too! We couldn't believe the beautiful views across the hills from our bedroom window. The breakfasts were truly scrumptious (the local bacon is out of this world). Our kids were VERY impressed! And we were all very touched...

A wonderful stone farmhouse set in the middle of what seems like nowhere. The room was warm and comfortable with wonderful views of a beautiful wild landscape. Our host got the mix of friendly hospitality and leaving us to our own devices just right. And the breakfast was delicious. The farm is wonderfully situated for visits to Hadrian's Wall but...

We stopped by for one night. Perfect, peaceful place to stay with a really comfortable bed and a delicious breakfast. The farmer was very friendly and gave us a guided tour of his sheep, cattle and farm. There are fantastic views across to Hadrian Wall. We will be back.

We stayed for three nights in August. We were blessed with great weather and the views across the hills was breath taking. We found lots to do in the area. Keenley is close to the major sites along Hadrian's Wall and there are several good pubs in Allandale for dinner. Our rooms were clean, spacious and well equipped. Breakfasts were...

Booked an overnight stay for my wife, me and our dog. On arrival the view from the front door across the moors was breathtaking. We had the ground floor accessible room as we were the only guests that night, the room had an excellent en-suite wet room. The bed was large and very comfortable. We had to keep our dog...
