What a find. I was travelling last minute and booked just a few hours before arrival. We were greeted with tea, coffee and the best home baking. Rooms were beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Bathroom large and exquisite. Everything was spotless. Breakfast highly recommended, home cooked with home baked tea brack and brown bread. Best breakfast I have had in any accommodation. Plenty to do in the area with woodlands walks and hook light house a short drive. Can’t recommend this highly enough. Chris is the perfect host. Pure luxury at a budget price
We have been here for three nights and explored the area. Pauline is a gorgeous host and loves what she is doing. The rooms are beautiful equipped with a lot attention to detail, nothing is missing our! Her breakfast is very delicious and do not need to hid behind any big hotel chain breakfast, huge choice and great quality. In the lovely decorated breakfast room can be a fire lighted in the evening and one can just chill or make us of available games and TV here . We would definitely come back, very good value for money!
Great setting. Very welcoming hosts and a very well run experience from start to finish. Well kitted out room and a high quality breakfast with excellent options. Bed was comfortable and the room and bathroom were spotless. The scones on arrival were very welcome.
Really cosy, hospitable, friendly and well equipped. Would definitely stay again. Pauline had the stove lighting which was such a lovely treat on a cold March night. Pauline is very easy going, friendly and welcoming.
We stayed here for one night before catching a ferry and it was fantastic the room was beautiful and homely and definitely it was the hostess with the mostest very friendly and welcoming, we would definitely recommend it to anyone you will not be disappointed 5 star.
Absolutely lovely room with everything I could have asked for. We were greeted by Pauline with her homemade cake and warm bread..Best sleep in that comfy bed, too. Would highly recommend to anyone dreaming of that cozy cottage feeling, wholesome food and nature vibes.
Stayed here midweek for work. Pauline was an exceptional host. The home was very clean with amenities close by. I would definitely stay here again. Nothing was too much trouble. A beautiful spacious room and a fabulous power shower to help start the day
Thank you for being so brilliant Pauline. The room was luxury, the dog slept like a log in her dogbed next to the wood burning stove, as did I on that beautifully comfortable mattress on the human bed! Best night I had in Ireland. 25 minutes from the ferry terminal at Rosslare, perfect for the 08.45 departure to Pembroke. Hooray.
We were only for one night in our way to the ferry. Pauline is a perfect host. She lit the fireplace for us, the room was impecable and as we got kind of late she left some snacks for us in the room. Thank you so much for looking after us so well.
Such a special and inviting B&B with lovely hosts. We stayed in a great clean and spacious room with a log fire and garden view. Delicious homemade breakfast options and cake on arrival. We had everything we needed and more in the room to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Pauline would even pre-light the fire for when you return back to your room of an evening which was a beautiful touch to make it feel like home. Highly recommend and cannot fault a thing. Thoroughly enjoyed our time there and will be back one day soon! P.s, can’t forget the lovely dog who sits and wags it’s tail when it notices you through a window, very cute and friendly.
