This was my first time here enroute to seeing friends near Llandrindod Wells ... I have absolutely no hesitation in warmly commending Guidfa House. Roaring log fire in the lounge - coffee and homemade apple cake - warm spacious room - breakfast cooked to perfection ... I'll be back.

We visited Guidfa House in August and were very pleased with this place. The bathroom was recently updated with a nice shower/tub, and the room was very comfortable. Breakfast was standard English, and the scrambled eggs were nicely done, the bacon was tasty, and the coffee was delightful. There wasn't much to do in this location except see the countryside,...

Overnight stay only, walking in the immediate area. Lovely house and genuine welcome from hosts. En suite room very comfy and with good attention to detail. Comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast. Off road Parking. Would happily go back. Not far from good choice of pubs or restaurants, all within say 5 to 15 mins in the car.

We stayed for just one night. Our room was lovely, quiet with an excellent bathroom and the bed was nice and cosy. Tony and his wife made us very welcome and gave us some ideas of where to visit in the vicinity. We enjoyed a superb breakfast and would highly recommend a stay here. Thank you very much:-)

We had a small family reunion here and had booked three rooms in all. All the rooms were immaculately clean, light and airy and a good size with free wifi. The communal lounge is beautiful - the soft furnishings are gorgeous and the wall hangings in the rooms are real works of art. The welcome is genuine and warm and...
