Hi Nicole, check out my response to the review tiled "Relaxing Break" that will be posted later today for a few ideas to start with. The resort has a shuttle service for a minimal fee that would allow you to visit Surfers Paradise to go and see Australia's most popular beach. Hop back on the next loop and head down to trendy Broadbeach where the Star Casino and the coasts largest shopping center, Pacific Fair is located. When your done, relax in the visitors lounge there before our super friendly driver Andrew, a.k.a. "Mr Tour Guide" will collect you and bring you back to the beautiful grounds of Royal Pines in time for registration. On the day of departure, you will have a better idea of what you may wish to do so check with Reception who, unless really busy with lots of new arrivals will allow a later check-out of noon complimentary or even later for a for a small fee if the room is not booked. You are better off relaxing here than killing time at the airport. If you need transfers arranged, give is a call on 07-5597-8700 and speak to our Concierge who will go through your options.
